Fans eagerly awaiting the release of ‘It Ends With Us’ are convinced that co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni are engaged in a heated feud after noticing suspicious behavior between the two cast members.
The long-awaited film, based on the novel of the same name by Colleen Hoover, will be released in theaters on Friday, August 9.
However, some fans believe Blake, 36, has a problem with Justin, 40 – who not only acted in the film, but also directed it – after claiming they noticed some tension between the stars at the premiere in New York City earlier this week.
Blake and Justin did not pose for photos together at the event, despite playing the two lead characters and romantic relationships in the film.
She happily posed for photos with her co-stars, such as Jenny Slate and Brandon Sklenar, but not with Justin.

Blake and Justin didn’t pose for photos together at the New York City premiere this week, despite playing the two lead characters and love interests in the film.
Two days later, Blake attended a photo shoot in London for the film, along with several other stars, but Justin was mysteriously absent.
Furthermore, the two did not hold any press conferences in the weeks leading up to the film’s release.
Instead, Blake sat down with her co-star Brandon last month. She and Brandon also collaborated on a promotional video with It Ends With Us stars Alex Neustaedter and Isabela Ferrer, but Justin had no part in it.
Attentive social media users also noticed that Blake and author Colleen recently unfollowed Justin on Instagram.
Their lack of interaction and move to social media has many people online wondering if there was any drama between Blake and Justin on set.
And X, formerly Twitter, is being flooded with messages about the rumors of the split.
“I NEED to know what happened to Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni on the set of It Ends With Us because this press trip sucks,” one person wrote.
“I know some of you have that information, so please share it with the class.”

“You almost forget that Justin directed the film and is her co-star. What happened on the set of It Ends With Us?”

To make matters even more suspicious, actress Jenny dodged a question about Justin on the red carpet at the premiere on Tuesday night.
‘What was it like to [Justin] “Being a director, but also a scene partner?” a Deadline reporter asked the star.
“I mean, what an intense job to have to do so many things. I found myself thinking, ‘Wow, I just want to do one job at a time,'” she replied.
‘I’ve had that feeling a lot. I love writing and it’s special to be able to be a writer. But I looked around and thought, “Yeah, I can act too.” I love it.’

“I don’t know if you know how smart and creative she really is,” he said. “She’s best known as an actress and of course she’s a fashion icon, but she’s so much more than that.”

The film follows Lily Bloom (played by Blake), a florist who falls in love with neurosurgeon Ryle Kincaid (played by Justin), years after she lost touch with her first love, Atlas (played by Brandon), after he left for military service.
But things take a dramatic turn when Lily runs into Atlas again in a restaurant and her romance with Ryle begins to turn toxic.

This isn’t the first time that rumors of a feud between co-stars have disrupted the release of a film.
In 2022, Olivia Wilde’s psychological thriller Don’t Worry Darling was marred by scandal.
For those who forgot (which is unlikely, considering it was so talked about at the time), director Olivia and lead actor Harry Styles had a spicy romance mid-production, which didn’t sit well with her ex, Jason Sudeikis.
Additionally, there was speculation about a fight between Olivia and actress Florence Pugh on set, and rumors that Harry spat on co-star Chris Pine at the Venice Film Festival.
