Issa Rae turns heads in a vibrant red ensemble as she attends the Delta Airlines runway show in LA

Issa Rae made a stunning appearance as she attended the Delta Runway Collection show earlier Friday as part of Los Angeles Fashion Week.

The Insecure actress, 37, teamed up with the airline to create a special collection alongside six small business owners and fashion designers.

The stunning show, which took place in a hanger at Advanced Airlines just south of the bustling city, debuted a stylish collection fit for comfortable yet stylish flying.

The talented star opted for a pop of color and donned a vibrant red long-sleeved blouse. She let go of the fashionable top and glimpsed a black bralette underneath.

Issa added pants made of the same material and color, completing her overall look for the event.

The Emmy-nominated actress chose to slip into a pair of black, open-toe strappy heels.

Her hair was up in a stylish updo, revealing a pair of large earrings with gold hoops as an accessory to her ensemble.

The fashion show was part of Los Angeles Fashion Week’s: A N4XT Experience, which began Thursday and ends October 9.

According to Deltas official websitethe airline teamed up with Issa to develop a collection from six small business owners and fashion designers.

The garments are part of a limited-edition collection created to make the flying experience ‘simpler and more stylish’.

To give the guests the feeling that they were about to embark on their own journey, the catwalk show took place in an actual airport hanger.

The show was streamed live on both Instagram and the collection’s official website to give a first impression of what the collaboration had to offer.

The pieces consisted of comfortable materials and a stylish touch. One outfit consisted of high-waisted black pants and a matching cropped halter top held together with red fabric.

Another ensemble was white pants and a warm white long-sleeved sweater.

The Issa Rae and Delta Collection officially launched earlier on Friday, and include both fashion pieces and accessories.

Depending on the item, prices can range from $62 to about $495, according to the official website.

She also recently starred in the HBO Max series called Rapsh!t, which premiered in July earlier this year.

The actress has been cast to star in Greta Gerwig’s upcoming Barbie movie, which will also star Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling, Will Ferrell and Simu Liu.

During an interview on the Today show, Issa explained that the filmmaker had asked her to join the project.

“I thought, ‘This sounds crazy, but okay. Just let me read the script,” she declared, adding, “It was absolutely wonderful working with her.”
