Isisim Shrine solution in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Isisim Shrine is a shrine within The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom‘s Eldin canyon region.

Our guide will help you find the location of the Isisim Shrine, solve the puzzles and the Light of blessing. It’s not a very difficult shrine to complete, but it does require the use of Yunobothe Goron who aids Link during the Goron City and Fire Temple questlines, which means you must have at least started doing that to access the shrine.

When you’re done, our shrine locations page and interactive Hyrule map can lead you to something else.

The Isisim Shrine is inside Eldin canyon‘s YunoboCo HQ East Cave. It’s at the very back of the cave, which is actually not that far back. You can see the green swirls of the shrine, but the opening itself is blocked by red stones. This is where Yunobo comes in. Send him to the red rocks to break them away – otherwise you can’t break them. It will take a few tries to get enough of the rocks off to get in, but you don’t have to break them all.

The Isisim Shrine is located at the coordinates (1842, 2841, 0363).

Isisim Shrine puzzle solution

Isisim Shrine is a shrine to proving grounds, which means you will fight. Once you enter the cave you will be stripped of your weapons and given several low level weapons to use, picking up more as you defeat enemies. “Proving Grounds: In Reverse” also requires the use of the To remind ability, both to navigate the area and as an aid to defeat Constructs.

1. Enter the shrine and pick up the three weapons on your left: one old wooden shielda wooden stickand a thick stick.

2. Turn left and go up the slope. Follow this up and straight ahead you will see a Construct surrounded by time bombs. Watch the area and dodge all incoming projectiles, but wait for the Construct to reach one bomb and throws it. Use quickly To remind to send it directly back to the Construct.

3. The bombs will scatter, so make sure to avoid the blast radius even after defeating the Construct. Grab the nearby bow and head upstairs to retrieve the Construct’s loot. Use these to strengthen your base weapons.

4. Go back to the ramp, but go straight ahead instead of down. There is a gear which you can use to access the next level. Usage To remind to reverse the gear and use it to jump up. There are more constructions on this level.

5. Beat them. You can use basic fighting skills, but they also throw stones for you to use To remind to throw them back. There are also several time bombs scattered around the arena which can come in handy.

6. Once you defeat a Construct, they will drop weapons. Pick it up and fuse other items with it to make them stronger.

7. You will get your equipment back once you defeat all enemies. A gate opens to the next area, which is a Magic rod in a chest.

8. Go to the sigil and examine it to complete the shrine and receive the Light of blessing.
