Is this the raciest Eurovision EVER? Thongs, corsets, sheer bodysuits, bare bottoms, near full-frontal displays and steamy smooches… how song contest turned up the heat amid controversies
The Eurovision Song Contest was plagued by political unrest and controversy in Malmö, Sweden Saturday evening.
Yet it wasn’t just global conflict and protests that raised eyebrows at the annual spectacle, as a host of competitors turned up the heat in a number of flesh-flashing ensembles and raunchy dances during the epic show.
Spain led the spirited show, while Nebulossa, who portrayed Zorra during her performance, was joined by thong-and-corset-clad male dancers in thigh-high PVC boots – making her busty, corseted outfit seem almost demure.
Close on her heels were acts from Slovenia, Finland, Austria and Great Britain, who had viewers clutching their pearls with spirited displays during the much-discussed show.
Slovenian offering Raiven left virtually nothing to the imagination when she released her song Veronika, co-written by Bojan Cvjetićanin and Klavdija Kopina.

His performance sparked outrage among viewers at home who took to X – formerly known as Twitter – to say they were shocked he was allowed to perform like that.
“Oh, put on some pants. On second listen the song is better, but the staging is all over the place and adds nothing.’
Windows95man initially emerged from a denim patchwork egg.
Speaking to PA ahead of his performance, he said: ‘All my sons and all the young people and all the grandmas like it, I think they really love my show and…kids and old people don’t care anymore, and neither do I.’ I do not care anymore.
“So I think adults have to learn a little bit, and let it go a little bit, and it’s not so serious that you see (a) little bit (of) my a**.”

“And just like I hope I can be in the final, I don’t know if it’s possible? Can I be more myself there on stage, but it’s just telling the story without lines, which is like my motto with my art (which I’ve had for over 10 years), like I find out that I don’t need a basic life and daily job and i can just start with my art.
‘And use this motto without rules… together with my paintings and with art and music and this time the Eurovision song, my first… single.’
