Helen Flanagan’s 13-year relationship with footballer fiancé Scott Sinclair is “on the rocks,” it has been alleged to MailOnline.
The former Coronation Street star, 32, was pictured without her engagement ring today as she arrived in London ahead of the Pride Of Britain Awards.
She hasn’t worn her diamond ring in public in a month, including on the red carpet at the National Television Awards last week and at Jorgie Porter’s baby shower on Sunday.
The couple, who have three children, Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and Charlie, one, have apparently been spending a lot of time apart since the summer due to Scott, 33, building his fitness with Chelsea at their training ground in Cobham, Surrey.
Last week Scott sealed a return to his youth club Bristol Rovers until the end of the season after being released from Preston North End meaning he will likely be 180 miles from his family home in Cheshire.
Helen’s representative declined to comment when MailOnline approached him.

A source told MailOnline: “Helen and Scott have been testing for a few months.
“Uncertainty about Scott’s football career and the fact that they haven’t been able to spend much quality time together has put a strain on their relationship.
“The children are their world and most important priority, and they will always make sure that nothing touches them.
“Helen has brought herself out. It’s very common in her career and she won’t let problems in her personal life get her down.”
Helen, who has been engaged to Scott since 2018, flew to South Africa in September to film the new spin-off series I’m A Celeb: All Stars.
The actress has twice publicly denied participating in the one-off special, but MailOnline can confirm that she will star in the show.

Helen was last seen wearing her diamond engagement ring on TikTok last month, but she’s since filmed all of her Instagram content without the ring.
Scott has not been pictured on Helen’s Instagram profile since June, when she wished him a happy Father’s Day from their three children, while the pair also appear to have stopped interacting on the social network.
In July, Helen revealed that she and Scott have not shared a bed in seven years because she sleeps with their children after years of breastfeeding.
She said, “One of my next jobs is mine and Scott’s room and after seven years it would be nice to be a couple sharing a bed and not feel like roommates.
“I’ve always just slept with the kids out of convenience and just to be able to sleep and just function in the morning. There are so many other beautiful, wonderful stages after nursing… lovingly watching Charlie’s little personality grow.”

In September, Helen told MailOnline that she and Scott had finally found their “perfect” wedding venue after being engaged for three years.
But having been with Scott since she was 19, Helen said it already feels like they’re married, so she wasn’t in a rush to walk down the aisle.
“Unfortunately they won’t be able to fit us in until 2024, but we’ve been together for so long, I’ve been with Scott since I was 19, it already feels like we’re married anyway, that’s why I’ve been so relaxed,” explains Heleen.
“I’ve been so busy with the three kids. I don’t want to give anything away, but it will be great fun for the children and a special day for them.’
Helen, who starred as Rosie Webster in Coronation Street for 12 years and reprised the role in 2017, welcomed her first child, daughter Matilda, in 2015.
She gave birth to her second baby, Delilah, in 2018, and she and Scott had their first son, Charlie, last year.

Bath-born Scott left Bristol Rovers to join Chelsea in 2007 aged 16 before embarking on a successful career with Manchester City, Aston Villa and Celtic, where he won three Scottish Premiership titles.
Scott said last week that he was looking forward to playing for the club in his hometown again as his parents and brothers, who still live nearby, will be able to see him.
He said: ‘I left home when I was 16 when I went to Chelsea and it’s really nice to come back and my whole family can come to the games every week and not have to spend three and a half hours on the M6 to travel. up north, so that’s a nice touch to come back and see my mom and dad and my brothers.”
