Irwin fans demand Robert bring back one element from throwback photo with sister Bindi

Fans of Robert Irwin demanded that he bring back his bowl cut after he posted a photo of himself when he was younger.

The reaction came after Robert, 20, shared a throwback Instagram photo of himself and his sister Bindi at Brisbane’s Southbank 10 years ago.

The children of the late Steve Irwin are seen smiling at each other, with the Wheel of Brisbane in the background.

In the original photo, 10-year-old Robert is much shorter than his older sister and has a distinctive bowl-shaped haircut.

On the next slide, today’s photo shows how tall Robert has become and with a much shorter haircut.

Fans responded to the comments, demanding she go back to her old hairstyle.

One of them used the hashtag ‘#bringbackthebowl’, which received more than 700 likes.

Another fan agreed: ‘Bring back the bowl!’
