She tied another sweater over her shoulders and opted for a pair of unusual leather boots with heels.
Iris wore her platinum blonde hair down, opted for a subtle makeup look and accessorized with a pair of silver hoop earrings.
The model has had a busy few weeks, enjoying London Fashion Week before heading to Italy to continue the festivities.
