Ashley let loose her long wavy brunette locks and posed stormily on the red carpet before taking her seat on the front row.
Milan Fashion Week usually takes place twice a year, in February and September.
It comes after Irina was later spotted with her daughter Lea, almost seven, grabbing an ice cream cone after school in New York.
The young primary school student looked adorable in pink and white, including a big puffy jacket, floral skirt and white tights with pale pink ankle boots.
