She wrote alongside a sweet photo of her as a young girl: ‘I’ve seen this exercise before and it’s resurfaced and become popular lately in a recent interview with Kendall Jenner. The exercise involves including a photo of yourself as a young, vulnerable, carefree little you, in your bathroom mirror.
“Every day you look in the mirror and are reminded to be kind to yourself, because by being judgmental and self-loathing, you’re just hurting the little person inside you.
“I had been thinking about doing this recently and I certainly should have done it a long time ago. I thought about all of this during a two-day road trip. I have been through a lot in my life so far. I am privileged and beyond so grateful, because compared to so many I have everything.’

She continued: “I have caused and received a lot of pain in my life. I’ve had some pretty awkward realizations about who I am and what I want. Most of my life plans have failed or have taken new, terrifying directions.
“Boy, I’ve often learned it the hard way. I’ve finally reached a point where I see this little girl deserves better. Sometimes you are forced to cut people out of your life like a snake sheds its skin.
“Sometimes I was the friend who had to be thrown out of someone’s life. I had to learn that lesson. Sometimes I let go of the wrong person and regretted it. Most of the time I hold on to all the wrong people who are emotional vampires who in no way add value to my life and my happiness.

‘This ties in with the exercise again. I look at my picture and ask if she doesn’t deserve to be loved? Being surrounded by people who believe in her and believe in what she can do? Would you look at her and tell her she can’t do something or even try to fulfill her wildest dreams.”
She signed off by saying, “I’m really proud of the person she is now. Too many people have abandoned and abused her in her most vulnerable years and I must protect her now. If people make you feel less and worthless, show little respect, say hello and never look back.’

When she replied, she revealed that she’s been asked in a nasty, passive-aggressive way in the past.
Baldwin said she is a “business owner” and has multiple plans with her musician boyfriend RAC, including “opening a cafe, wine bar and boutique” and “starting a brand together.”
In addition, Baldwin said she is also a “foster rescue dog mom,” adding, “I work in adoption, I work with a lot of foster homes and a lot of rescuers.”
It didn’t stop there, as she added that she is in the process of screenwriting as she and a colleague have a production company.
“We pitch TV shows and we write movie scripts, we work on commercial stuff,” Baldwin said. “It’s starting to get going for us a little bit. Everyone has to start somewhere.’
When asked if she’s ever “worked a hourly job for an hourly wage,” Baldwin said she had experience working with her mother, actress Kim Basinger, on animal rescues, as well as at an ice cream parlor and clothing stores.
