And Ioan Gruffudd’s girlfriend, Bianca Wallace, shared an insight into their relationship this week as she opened up about her MS.
The Welsh actor went public with their romance in October 2021 while he was in the middle of his messy split with his wife Alice, who accused him of cheating.
Now Australian actress Bianca has detailed how supportive the star was through her MS diagnosis, admitting that she gave him a chance to “run” before the relationship got serious.
Noting her past abusive relationships, the beauty gushed over Ioan as she admitted that before his death she “couldn’t take my heart to be let down again.”

Recalling how he “didn’t hesitate for a second” after talking about the reality of the condition, Bianca shared that Ioan was unwaveringly supportive.
To write for The Telegraph this week, the star, who has appeared in short films and miniseries, explained how MS affects her life and has done so in past relationships.
But referring to the current one with Ioan, she explained that she gave him a ‘get out of jail free card’ in 2021 when she spoke openly about her illness.
Despite asking him to take a few days to think about the news, Bianca explained, “Yo (Ioan) didn’t hesitate for a second and listed all the reasons why he was in love with me and why he was here. was to stay, and that no MS diagnosis or scary future would deter him.”
Bianca started showing symptoms of MS when she was 25, before an MRI scan revealed lesions on her spine and brain.

While also openly discussing her previous abusive relationship with her ex-husband, a neurologist said her life would “deteriorate rapidly” if she stayed in the relationship.

Ioan recently filed for divorce from wife of 14 years Alice Evans, with his divorce papers citing irreconcilable differences as the reason behind his split from his wife.
The document, which was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on March 1, also reveals that the former couple broke up on New Year’s Day — a month before making their relationship status public.
The British-American actress recently called the Fantastic Four actor a “s**t” for allegedly blinding her and proceeded to legally end their marriage in now-deleted posts.
The papers state that the exes are in a “collaborative process and intend to resolve all issues, including spousal support through written agreement” – reflecting their joint statement about their shock breakup.
The couple share two daughters, Ella, eleven, and Elsie, seven, who Ioan spent time with last month.
