EXCLUSIVE: Ioan Gruffudd claims ex-wife Alice Evans ‘showed him her bare bum’ and revealed to their kids that she was ‘not wearing any underwear’ when he dropped them off at home
Ioan Gruffudd has claimed that his estranged wife Alice Evans flashed him her ‘bare bum’ and revealed to their two daughters that she was not wearing any underwear when he dropped them off at her house.
The actor, 49, has been embroiled in a bitter divorce battle with the 102 Dalmatians star, 54, since their split with the couple also fighting for custody of daughters Ella, 13, and Elsie, nine.
In court documents seen by MailOnline, Gruffudd describes the couple’s broken communication after the end of their 14-year marriage and described their increasingly hostile encounters.
Gruffudd alleged that Evans “escalated verbal abuse and inappropriate behavior after I left the family home” on January 25, 2021.
He said: “Alice sent me hundreds of harassing, abusive and threatening messages via text, email, voice message, video message and OFW (Our Family Wizard, an American co-parenting app), and she has been berating me on the phone. and personally, often in front of the girls.’

Gruffudd also claimed that “during the April 19, 2021 drop-off, Alice asked me to look at her outfit, lifted her skirt to show me her bare buttocks, and revealed to me and the girls that she was not wearing any underwear.”
‘I left immediately. During a FaceTime with Elsie that night, Alice screamed that she wanted me to die.’
The revelations came in documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court after Ella filed for a temporary restraining order against Gruffudd and his girlfriend Biana Wallace, 30.
Gruffudd met aspiring actress Wallace in Australia while filming the series Harrow.
They now live together in Los Angeles and Wallace, who has multiple sclerosis, recently gave a magazine interview about her condition and “Yo’s” support and love for her.
Gruffudd and Evans announced their marriage was over in January 2021 and he went public with his new romance in October.
Gruffudd filed for joint custody of his two daughters last July after Evans filed for sole custody during their acrimonious divorce.
In addition to applying for visitation rights, he claimed in the filing that Evans had deliberately tried to cut off communication between him and his children.

In lawsuits, Gruffudd accused Evans of verbally abusing him during their marriage and of “undermining” him all their lives in front of the girls.”
“Alice often joked about my appearance, made comments about hair loss, and told me I had ‘floppy vagina eyes,'” the court papers read.
He further claimed that Evans “caused serious emotional damage to Ella and Elsie by her statements and by interfering in my relationship with them.”
In March of this year, allegations that Evans violated her restraining order were dropped.
Gruffudd is currently filming Bad Boys 4 starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence.
