Abbie Chatfield knows how to make a social media post stand out.

And on Saturday, the radio host gave her fans a behind-the-scenes look at how her “candid” photos are created.

The 28-year-old enjoyed an impromptu dance session at an EzyMart supermarket during a night out.

Fortunately, she had a friend on hand to capture snappy snaps of the aesthetically pleasing moment.

While her helper took pictures, another person was there to film the whole process.

Abbie worked her angles in her barely fitting dress and flaunted her incredible figure in the animal print mini dress and knee-high boots.

She opted for a glamorous makeup look with a nude lipstick and wore her caramel curls pumped up to maximum volume.

‘Took dancing for the first time in a long time! Was fun,” she explained in the caption alongside the photos and video.

Abbie recently revealed in July that she has been on a retreat in Thailand to recover from her addiction issues.

The podcast host, 28, recorded a message for her It’s A Lot listeners explaining that she was taking time off from work to re-prioritize her commitments.

In an emotional voice recording, the radio host revealed that she has a “real work addiction” and suffers from severe burnout as a result.

“I’m absolutely exhausted and burnt out at the beginning of this year for a variety of reasons,” she said.

“But I’ve been here about five days now and I think I realize my priorities have to shift a bit, to be honest, I’ve taken on so many jobs and so many roles.”
