Vicky McClure let her hair down at her wedding reception on Friday as she partied with her Line of Duty co-stars after secretly tying the knot with fiancé Jonny Owen.
The actress, 40, had previously walked down the aisle with her film director beau, 54, at a romantic ceremony in Nottingham before later announcing the news on Jonny’s daughter Katie Owen’s BBC Wales show.
And Vicky was certainly off duty during the evening’s celebrations as she downed cans of Red Stripe Beer with her co-stars Martin Compston and Adrian Dunbar, as well as Line of Duty creator Jed Mercurio.
The group looked in good spirits as they gleefully posed for photos together, with Vicky holding her drink for the snap.
Things then took a comedic turn as Martin, who plays DI Steve Arnott in the cop drama and Jed Mercurio donned police hats alongside actor Craig Parkinson who plays DI Matthew ‘Dot’ Cottan.

Out of order! Vicky was certainly off duty during the evening’s celebrations as she downed cans of Red Stripe Beer with her co-stars Martin Compston and Adrian Dunbar, as well as Line of Duty creator Jed Mercurio
Martin seemed to be the life and soul of the party as he snapped another selfie with writer Jed, while also posing for a great shot with Adrian, who plays Superintendent Ted Hastings.
Captioning his selection of fun photos, Martin wrote on Instagram: ‘Incredible day in Notts celebrating the best of people @vicky.mcclure and @jonathanowen71 marriage.
‘The first dance with the dementia choir was just beautiful and says everything about the two sharing their moment with the dementia team ❤️ afterwards there were a few shandies.’
Meanwhile, Vicky also got cozy with her new husband in a blink of an eye from the party, as the newlyweds held a glass of fizz amid the drunken bash.
Jonny also shared a lovely photo with daughter Katie Owens, who looked stunning in a fringed green dress before rushing to host her radio show at 10pm.
The couple later announced their nuptials on her show, with Vicky sharing live, “We had the most amazing special day and we’re sorry you had to go back, but we’re so proud of you.”
“You miss a lot of dancing, but we can do that again.”
Other names attending the fun wedding included football manager Rob Page, Everton manager Sean Dyche and TV presenter Paddy McGuinness were also in attendance.

Earlier in the day, Vicky and Jonny were serenaded by the Dementia Choir – a singing group made up of people all living with dementia – which they helped fund.
Vicky looked sensational in a gorgeous off-the-shoulder gown with a thigh-high leg split as she posed for post-ceremony photos.
Her dress and dramatic veil fanned out behind her as she smiled next to Johnny at the first insight into their day.
Vicky held a bunch of pretty wildflowers, while Jonny wore a navy blue suit with a pale blue satin tie.
‘Tied up in Notts!!! Best. Day. Ever!!!!!’ Vicky wrote, announcing the joyful news to her followers on Instagram after getting engaged in December 2017.

A second photo gave an insight into the celebrations as Vicky and Jonny danced as the Dementia Choir performed on stage at the Metronome venue in the city.
The actress starred in a 2019 BBC One documentary series, the Dementia Choir, which explored the vital link between music and dementia.
The show also documented what music therapy can do for people with dementia and celebrated the choir’s personal journeys.
Vicky, who plays Detective Inspector Kate Fleming in the hit BBC drama Line Of Duty, has previously spoken about her grandmother Iris’ battle with dementia after she tragically passed away in 2015.
Two years later, in 2021, she proudly announced that the organization had become an officially registered charity.
Vicky and Jonny met while filming Svengali, a movie Jonny wrote, in 2012, but she claimed to have fallen in love before they even met in person.
Welsh news site Nation Cymru reported that she said on BBC Radio Wales: ‘When we first spoke it was on the phone. I came off the phone and I just knew.

“I’ve never loved anyone more than Jonny.”
He added: “I remember we were walking around Southbank (in London) on a weekend break from filming and we went to the Tate Modern and she turned to me and asked me if I felt like going instead to go to the pub.
“And I was like, well, yeah! I thought, “What a girl”.
“I think almost simultaneously we both said, ‘I like you!’ It just tumbled from there and we haven’t been apart since.
“I was going through a divorce at the time and had been separated for seven or eight months. I think we went from ‘I like you’ in the pub to ‘I love you’ in about 10 seconds.”
