Donald Trump and his new border czar Tom Homan will begin their work to deport “millions” of migrants on his first day in the White House.
Starting with the asylum apps used by migrants to obtain interviews and then focusing on the super gangs terrorizing American cities, the pair explains who will be targeted for removal from the country.
Daily Mail spoke to sources across the country who mapped out exactly how they plan to do that.
President-elect Donald Trump has appointed Tom Homan, pictured above, as his new border czar. Homan served as director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) during Trump’s first term.
THE FIRST OBJECTIVES
After being sworn in on Jan. 20, President Donald Trump will immediately halt the CBP One Mobile app program, billed as the “legal way” for migrants at the southern border to request an asylum interview at a port of entry, according to sources close to Trump’s transition team.
The program processes 1,450 asylum applications daily across the entire U.S.-Mexico border.
“They are going to close the border immediately,” Rolando Vazquez, a longtime Mar-a-Lago employee and Miami immigration attorney, told DailyMail.com.

Several Trump insiders also said there are a range of other routes to America, such as asylum claims from migrants entering the border illegally and the controversial CHNV Parole Program for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans will cease.
‘Immediately, immediately, it will all end. Those will be the first targets,” Vazquez explained.
NO MORE FALSE ASYLUM CLAIMS
Trump’s new ‘Border Czar’, Tom Homan, has shown particular interest in removing asylum seekers, who he believes are gaming the justice system.
The US is obligated to process asylum claims even if they are in between Ultimately, 60 to 70 percent of all cases are rejected by courts.
“The only group they’re immediately targeting is the fake asylum seekers,” prominent San Antonio Republican Kyle Sinclair said of his conversations with Homan.
‘That was by far the group he mentioned to me: the fake asylum seekers.
‘They are known. They have their addresses.”
AN END OF BIRTH RIGHT CITIZENSHIP
Homan has also told his supporters that he is looking for ways to end birthright citizenship guaranteed by the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, which automatically gives citizenship to anyone born on U.S. soil.
“He has said he is going to end birthright,” Vazquez added.
‘The fact that someone was born here does not automatically make him a citizen.’

It’s unclear how Homan and the Trump administration would avoid constitutional protections and legal challenges that would arise from birthright changes, with Vazquez saying only that “the way he’s going to approach it is different.”
For years, some Republicans have attacked so-called “anchor babies”: children born in the U.S. to illegal immigrant parents or other noncitizens.
“Trump won because of his ‘America first’ agenda,” Sinclair said.
“We want to be taken care of, and by allowing millions of people into the United States, no other country is doing this.
Trump has every right by executive order to try to accomplish what he’s doing.”
RESTORING THE REMAINDER IN MEXICO PROGRAM
The new border czar plans to bring back the controversial Remain in Mexico program, or Migrant Protection Protocols, which requires asylum seekers in Mexico to wait for their court hearings rather than gain entry into America.

“MPP will be back in place,” Vazquez said.
“I’m sure they will approach it differently because there have been a lot of lawsuits over MPP, so when they implement it they will take into account everything that has happened in the legal system.”
Trump launched the policy in 2019, when he was last in office.
Biden, echoing complaints from human rights groups that the policy was leading to more cases of rape and kidnapping, vowed to end it.
“Donald Trump’s ‘Remain in Mexico’ policy is dangerous, inhumane and goes against everything we stand for as a nation of immigrants.
“My government will put an end to it,” he tweeted in 2020, before making good on his promise.
Mexico has consistently opposed this effort.
TERMINATION OF TEMPORARY PROTECTED STATUS
Temporary Protected Status (TPS), a program that has allowed thousands of newly arrived migrants including Venezuelans and Haitians, will likely be closed to new arrivals.
If a migrant receives TPS, he can legally stay in the US and receive a work permit for 18 months.
Vazquez had never heard of plans to take it away from people who have been given the opportunity to stay in the US on a humanitarian basis, but it would previously be closed to anyone who is not already part of it.
He first went to the city manager about two weeks ago to ask about TdA after firefighters who respond to emergencies in the area where the gang operates became concerned about their safety.
Widespread raids on businesses or other workplaces are not discussed, especially since many of the migrants who will be initially targeted for removal from the country are already known to the government.
Every migrant seeking asylum, on TPS status or on parole, has been granted permission to stay temporarily in the U.S., and the FBI has all of their addresses and whereabouts.
Many must report to Immigration and Customs Enforcement and/or have regular court dates.
In between expelling the migrants who arrived during the Biden administration, Trump’s border czar plans to go after a second group.
CLOSING THE SUPER GANGS
“They’re going after Tren de Aragua,” Vazquez said. “They’re going after them, and they’re going after the Mexican cartels.
The Venezuelan super gang, known to law enforcement as TdA, is a brutal prison gang that has grown into an international criminal organization.
The criminal members have sneaked across the border, mixed with asylum seekers, and have been linked to a crime wave across the country, including assaults on officers, murders, child prostitution and violent robberies.
Part of the plan is to specifically target migrant super-gangs such as Tren de Aragua
“These are very dangerous people,” said the lawyer, who was one of the first in the US to raise the alarm at TdA.
“I’ve spoken to so many Homeland Security officers who are eager to get back to work. During this (Biden) administration, there has been so much red tape; officers have not been able to do their work.”
During the presidential campaign, TdA dominated headlines after police revealed that the gang had control of entire apartment complexes in cities such as Aurora, Colorado and San Antonio, Texas.
‘It’s time. We need to clean up our communities,” Vazquez added. “We have our own criminals to deal with. We can’t catch all the criminals from all over the world.’
Homan also has members of the Chinese Communist Party and other migrant gangs, such as MS-13, in his sights.
REGISTERING THE POLICE AND MILITARY
Insiders have been reluctant to discuss the details of whether the Trump administration even has the manpower to deport millions of people, although suggestions have been made that the military and local police could be deployed.
“Trump won because of his America-first agenda,” said Kyle Sinclair, vice chairman of the Republican Party of Bexar County in Texas.
Any immigration program Trump proposes to end is legally complex and will undoubtedly face lawsuits from the left.
Furthermore, countries like Venezuela and China, whose citizens have flooded the border and U.S. courts with refugee claims, do not maintain diplomatic relations with the U.S., making the return of their citizens virtually impossible.
No other country, like Mexico, is required to accept migrants from other countries – only its own citizens.
But Vazquez believes Trump’s brash approach to international relations can help convince these countries to work with him.
“I know he’s going to make moves in Venezuela, and he’s going to do everything he can to make sure these people take back their people,” Vazquez said.
