An incredible award-winning apartment with a striking spiral staircase, circular pool and lush courtyard garden is located in an old converted Weeties factory.

The converted factory in North Fremantle, in the south of Perth, is sandwiched between the ocean and the Swan River, half an hour’s drive from the city centre.

The historic red brick facade with the original painted signage juxtaposes the state-of-the-art architecturally designed home inside.

Three apartments in the 1930s building were combined into one spectacularly light living space designed around the challenging structure of the monumental warehouse.

A white steel spiral staircase rolls dramatically to the upper floors and acts as a functional sculpture in the main living space.
