Inside the VERY glamorous vacation of Princesses Carolina and Chiara of Bourbon-Two Sicilies – who spent their summer with royalty in the French Riviera (while rumors of a romance with the Danish prince) circulate
Princesses Chiara and Carolina of Bourbon-Two Sicilies spent their summer in the fashion you’d expect from two It-Girl Italians — brushing up against European royals in the French Riviera.
The heiress sisters were born to Prince Carlo, Duke of Castro – who claims the now-defunct throne of the former House of Bourbon-Two Sicilies – and Princess Camilla, Duchess of Castro.
They have been photographed throughout August in Saint-Tropez, France, as rumors circulate that younger sister Chiara, 18, is in a relationship with Denmark’s heir Prince Christian.
There was speculation after Christian, 17, stood close to Rome-born Chiara in a group photo taken at the Monaco Grand Prix in May.
The royals have since been spotted together and Chiara has spent her summer with various members of European royalty in the south of France.

Yesterday, the heiress sisters, 18 and 20, shared photos of their “reunion” with Princess Louise of Belgium, who is 14th in line to her country’s throne.
Carolina, Chiara and Louise – the daughter of Prince Laurent of Belgium and Princess Claire – posed for a selfie captioned ‘reunited at last’, while another image presented their chosen handbags.
Louise later shared a photo of a beautiful sunset at the five-star Airelles Saint-Tropez, Château de la Messardière, which was reposted by both sisters.
Earlier in the day, 18-year-old Chiara posed for a yacht in a chic blue floral print dress and posted a photo of her new shorter haircut.
The sisters are spending time in the French Riviera with their immediate family and have been joined by Prince Michael of Kent, the late Queen Elizabeth’s first cousin.
George V’s grandson, 81, looked fashionable in a lilac shirt and blue shorts and wore a yellow baseball cap. He posed with Princess Camilla, 52, for a holiday snap she shared online, saying: “Happy moments.”
The couple were joined at the beachfront gastrobar Le Club 55 by the princess’s husband, Prince Carlo, Duke of Castro.
The latest sun-kissed photos come as rumors circulate that Chiara is courting 17-year-old Prince Christian of Denmark.

The future king of Denmark is said to have spent time with the princess and her family this summer, after her mother shared an Instagram story of the family posing with Christian, captioned ‘family and friends’.
And the pair were also spotted eating ice cream together in Saint-Tropez.
While the Danish royal family has yet to comment on the rumors, 18-year-old Chiara isn’t afraid to increase her connections.
“The Bourbon family is related to almost all the royal families or former rulers of Europe, it’s kind of a big club,” she said.
“King Felipe VI of Spain, he is my father’s cousin and I have a close relationship with the heir, Leonor, who likes sport like me and especially women’s football.”

‘Then the Belgian monarchs were often our summer guests in Saint-Tropez… and one of my best friends is Alexandra of Hanover, the youngest daughter of Carolina of Monaco.’
The House of Bourbon-Two Sicilies is a cadet branch of the Spanish Bourbons descended from the Capetian dynasty that ruled southern Italy and Sicily in the 18th and 19th centuries.
Although the family has no official duties, they devote their time to charitable work and promoting the interests of southern Italy.
And the two sisters are also actively involved in charity work, collaborating with Europe’s most elite socialites, who speak fluent English, French and Italian.
In recent years, they have built up a large fan base by sharing photos of their luxurious lives on Instagram, and clips of themselves on TikTok, dancing, showing off their style and having fun in various glamorous locations.
