Inside the outrageous $24,000-a-night 7-star ‘Royal suite’ Roxy Jacenko and her family are staying in during luxury Dubai trip after PR Queen was slammed for being ‘too flashy’

Roxy Jacenko has been having a blast in Dubai and hasn’t been shy about showing off her lavish trip.

The PR expert, 43, is staying in the ‘Royal suite’ of the luxury seven-star Burj Al Arab hotel in the Middle East.

In keeping with Roxy’s penchant for really expensive things, the over-the-top suite has two floors packed with opulence – including gold pillars, a dedicated butler and a private library, with a price tag of at least $24,000 per night.

Roxy took to Instagram to show off her family’s stay in the lap of high-end luxury.

In one photo, she showed her son Hunter, nine, walking up the room’s elaborate 22-carat gold and marble staircase.

However, other followers were very defensive of the hard-working mogul, who founded Sweaty Betty PR at just 24 years old.

‘I don’t know what everyone is talking about. Roxy, you can be as flashy as you want. As brutal as you want. You worked for it. You earned it and you rock it like no other. Just enjoy, enjoy, enjoy,” they wrote.

Others wrote ‘Roxy, enjoy your success’ and ‘Enjoy Dubai’.

This isn’t the first time Roxy has come under fire for her lavish spending, after spending $40,000 on her daughter’s birthday party last year.

The PR queen defended the move, saying it was partly to celebrate Pixie’s toy company going gangbusters during the pandemic.

“It was not only a celebration of her 11th birthday, but also of her company,” Jacenko told Today hosts Karl Stefanovic and Allison Langdon at the time.

Roxy went on to say that she’s definitely not “low-key,” adding that we’re only here for a short time and she wanted to enjoy it.

“The reality is that we are only here for a short time and I want to make sure my children have the best opportunities they can, and if we can afford it, while being charitable at the same time,” she explained.

“It’s not for everyone, but I’m not worried about the noise.”
