The broker believes the boat shed will fetch a higher price than the demand as she has received some generous offers
‘I think this boat shed is probably the best in Cornelian Bay. Not only because it has been beautifully renovated, but also because it is right next to a beach and there is only one neighbor,” she said.
“As far as I know, there are no others available at this time. But occasionally they sell privately.’
Donna said her brother and sister-in-law who own the cabin have enjoyed the “beautiful, special place to spend time entertaining and relaxing” for the past nine years.
The broker believes the boat shed will fetch a higher price than the demand as she has already received some generous offers.
