YouTube star and real estate expert Ones Yilmazer accessed to 4130 Calle Isabella in San Clemente, California, after it was announced that it would be listed for $55 million.
Built in 2007, the luxurious home enjoys a beautiful location overlooking the Pacific Ocean and is just two doors down from President Nixon’s former ‘Western White House’.
For nearly 45 minutes, Enes gives an extensive tour of the 1,180 m2 space, which he says combines Spanish colonial and Mediterranean influences with a modern twist.
As he wanders through the vast home, Enes keeps noticing the dark wooden beamed ceilings, calling them one of his favorite features.

He tells viewers, “I’m sorry to keep harping on about those beams and the wood-clad ceiling the entire episode, but I think it’s a nice detail.
“You have all these smooth modern surfaces and finishes and then those beams just contrast with all those different surface areas. And I personally think that’s great.”
Standout spaces include a lounge area with double-height ceilings, a huge master bathroom with a freestanding bath, a large garage currently used as a gym and a state-of-the-art kitchen with multiple dishwashers and a piano bar.
Enes also seems impressed with the master suite, one of six bedrooms in the sprawling home.
He calls the space “impressive and grand,” with its own sitting area, fireplace and “huge” window overlooking “the Pacific Ocean, the pool, the backyard, [and] these mature cypress trees.’
The home’s sleek, modern interior is the result of a two-and-a-half-year renovation, Enes says, costing $10 million in improvements.
While the furniture isn’t included in the $55 million price tag, the YouTube creator notes that there is an option to purchase it, making the move a smooth one.
When Enes goes outside, he is equally impressed by what he finds.

The centrepiece is a 16-metre swimming pool with an automatic cover and a floor with a mosaic of trees, surrounded by a patio.
However, Enes says his favorite spot in the garden is the small sitting area overlooking the ocean.
As he sits down, he muses, “This is the point on the estate where you can get closest to the ocean.
‘What’s ahead of us is actually a very familiar break, and we’ve had some really big waves, but later in the afternoon the wind picks up and the waves flatten out a bit, but it’s still beautiful to watch.
‘People have their own surf huts, everyone enjoys it.
‘Here you have a cozy seating area where you can sit and listen to the waves and watch people surfing.
“I mean, this is incredible… honestly, this view and this area here might be my favorite part of this house.”

“Can you imagine spending your days, your weeks here, looking at this view every day, walking outside barefoot and enjoying this estate? That’s all I have to say about it.”
