COME ON ENGLAND!!!

‘Update: I’m home now and will watch the game from the couch tomorrow!’

The TV personality also took a selfie with English presenter Sam Matterface and other members of the production team, and beamed happily in a solo selfie featuring the Olympic Stadium.

Despite announcing that she would no longer present her beloved daytime program in the summer, she returned to the screens after a few days to report from Berlin.

Reports recently emerged that Susanna and former TV presenter Lorraine Kelly are furious that ITV bosses are sending high-profile guests to This Morning as the show’s ratings plummet.

According to The sun Susanna and Lorraine, 64, have both spoken out and said they cannot do interviews with big names.

This Morning, which introduced new presenters Cat Deeley, 47, and Ben Shephard, 49, in March, has interviewed Ryan Gosling, Meghan Trainor and Steve Carrell in recent months.

A source claimed there was a disagreement between the production teams, telling the magazine: ‘Susanna has made it clear she wants bigger names and is frustrated that they are going elsewhere.’

The presenter took to her Instagram page to document her ‘mad-dash’ trip to Berlin to host the final edition of GMB before Sunday’s final.

Despite announcing she would be stepping down from presenting the beloved daytime show after 10 years, she returned to the screens after a few days to report from Berlin

‘Lorraine expressed the same opinion’.

Before adding: “It feels like big stars are being sent to This Morning to bail them out of trouble.”

MailOnline has contacted representatives for Lorraine and Susanna and ITV for comment.

In May, This Morning was reportedly in crisis after ‘viewing figures fell by half’.

Since new presenters Holly Willoughby, 43, and Phillip Schofields, 62, took over, half a million viewers have stopped watching the ITV Daytime programme.

In March, over a million people watched Ben and Cat’s first day, but two months later, the viewing figures are less than 500,000. That’s a dramatic drop.

The drop in viewing figures comes after former This Morning presenter Fern Britton, 66, hinted she is “in talks to return to the ITV show”.

BBC Morning Live, This Morning’s competitor, is said to have been viewed between one and 1.4 million times.

MailOnline contacted ITV at the time for comment.

Former This Morning presenter Fern has revealed she is in talks with This Morning bosses about returning to the show, 15 years after she left.

The presenter revealed that ITV approached her to make a series of films for the show, following her guest appearance earlier this year.

Speak with Women & Home MagazineFern also reflected on her ‘difficult’ divorce from chef Phil Vickery and vowed never to marry again.

She said: ‘When my interview was over and I was leaving the studio, I was approached by a [member of the] production team who said, ‘Do you want to make some videos with us?’

“That conversation still needs to be had, but those little four-minute clips every now and then? Perfect. If I could just make them in Cornwall, that would be even more perfect!”

‘A lot of the team I worked with are still there and it was a real trip down memory lane. It was great to be close to people who meant a lot to me.

‘The morning I quit, I hadn’t even thought about leaving the show, so I left a lot of good things and a lot of good friends behind, so [going back] was delicious.’

After her appearance on Celebrity Big Brother, fans were reminded just how good Fern is in front of the camera.

There have been rumours that she might return to This Morning, 15 years after her dramatic departure following a row with Phillip Schofield.

And recently reports emerged that Susanna (pictured) and TV alumnus Lorraine Kelly are furious that ITV bosses are sending A-list guests to This Morning

This Morning, which unveiled new presenters Cat Deeley (L) and Ben Shephard (R) in March, has been interviewing A-listers in recent months (pictured with guest Chaka Khan)

According to reports, Susanna and Lorraine (pictured) have both ‘loudly’ stated that they are missing out on the chance to get interviews with big names.

Fern dodged the subject somewhat and said, “Do [TV] interviews would be the dream. I would like to do something with politics. I am not interested in party politics, but in politicians, and where the minds of the characters we vote for are.

‘I don’t care which party they run for, as long as they speak honestly to the country and understand what’s going on in the world, how bloody bad it was to leave Europe and how desperately they’re trying to cover up the terrible things that are happening because of it.

‘Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard definitely get my vote. It’s really good to see Cat back. She’s been in America and has more experience, but she’s fresh for viewers.’
