Drone footage of the house shows it framed by lush greenery and mature trees, with no neighbors in sight.

To further enhance the resort feeling, there is a large swimming pool in the heart of the property, with an outdoor kitchen and bar area next to it.

One of the unique features of this space is a waterfall, which serves as a dividing wall between the pool and the dining area.

Enes says at one point during the tour: ‘This background is really crazy, this is great.

‘I feel like I’m in Bali now, in a wild jungle. I just happen to have all these incredible amenities and this beautiful modern home.”

For sports enthusiasts, the house is the ultimate oasis, with a basketball court, pickleball court and putting green.

To further enhance the game, the basketball court features the Michael Jordan logo.

Concluding his tour of the outdoor space on the ground floor, Enes says: ‘Personally, the colors here, the energy, (the) water feature, landscaping… it all comes together. I really love this backyard.”

Moving inside, the house features an open plan living area on the ground floor, leading to a sleek kitchen space.

Enes points out some of the kitchen’s key features, including a stone-clad main island, a built-in dining area and a cooktop built into the countertop.

He points out that this is one of Ramtin’s signature design features.

For entertaining on a larger scale, there’s a ‘really spacious’ chef’s kitchen, hidden from view, complete with walk-in fridge.

Continuing the entertainment theme, some of the home’s other offerings include a three-row movie theater adorned with a twinkling starlight ceiling and a temperature-controlled wine room with wall-mounted pegs for sideways display of bottles.

To top it all off, there is an expansive roof that can accommodate over 100 people, with multiple seating areas, a dining table and a bar.

For fitness fanatics, there is a state-of-the-art gym with mirrored walls, a small sauna, a full bathroom and patio doors to the garden, while motorcycle enthusiasts will be pleased to see that there is a large three-car garage. and a motor track that can accommodate 10 cars.

On the accommodation side, all bedrooms offer ample space, but the pièce de résistance is the primary suite – which offers more than 3,000 square feet of space.

Upon entering the suite, Enes highlights the luxurious seating area, consisting of a sofa, coffee tables, a double-sided fireplace and a TV, which extends to a “really nice big balcony” overlooking the backyard with a fire pit.

In the bedroom, an oversized headboard frames a king-size bed, and Enes says wood paneling on the walls and ceilings “brings more warmth to the space.”

A doorway leads to the master bathroom, where there are two toilets and an oversized walk-in shower with a built-in bench and steam functions.

Catering to fashionistas, the master suite also features two walk-in closets, the larger of which has its own balcony.

In summary, developer Ramtin describes the building as a building with many facets.

He tells Enes: ‘It’s a family house. It’s a nice house and it’s a house you would want to entertain in, but it’s also a house you would want to raise your family in as well.”

The property designer also notes that he has installed lighting features to beautify the property at night.

He concludes: ‘For me, twilight is extremely important. (The home) should look just as good, if not better, at night than during the day.

“I mean, you come in during the day and you’re already in love, and then you come back at night and you’re just obsessed and it’s game over.”

Allure, located on a 1.3-acre parcel, is currently listed Huntington Estate Properties with a price tag of $29,888,000.
