Inside Stacey Dooley and Kevin Clifton’s stylish new home: The couple share a glimpse of the lavish property with HUGE dining room and chandelier – after THREE years of renovations

They welcomed daughter Minnie together in January.

And Strictly married couple Stacey Dooley, 36, and Kevin Clifton, 40, took to Instagram this week to show off their new family home.

Stacey has been documenting the renovations after first purchasing the home in 2020, asking fans to ‘pinch’ her as she finally showed off the completed property in all its glory.

The pair – who won the BBC ballroom competition together in 2018 – have well and truly stamped their style in every room with a chic, minimalist theme.

The Victorian property boasts high ceilings and the couple have chosen to retain many of the traditional features, including intricate plaster moldings and mouldings.

In the dining room with wooden floor, the walls are painted a trendy dark gray, matching the marble fireplace.

Guests can dine around the large dining table that seats up to eight people and hangs above it a vintage chandelier.

There is modern art on the walls and large bay windows overlooking a leafy backyard.

Next, the stylish couple opted for a beige carpet in the lounge with a burgundy leather sofa and wooden chairs with white fluffy cushions.

Stacey said she was “walking around in disbelief.”

In June, Kevin revealed he was taking a break from work to focus on caring for baby Minnie after completing the Strictly Ballroom tour.

He told Digital spy: ‘It went Singin’ in the Rain, Rock of Ages, The War of the Worlds, Burn the Floor, then I did The Games on ITV, Who Do You Think You Are? and then back to Singin’ in the Rain on tour.

“Then the day after I finished Singin’ in the Rain I started rehearsals for Strictly Ballroom.

“By the time I’m done in mid-July it will have been a 10-month tour of Strictly Ballroom. So since we came out of COVID, it’s been non-stop back-to-back.

“So I’ve decided that I’m going to take a break from all the performing for the rest of this year just to become a father. I just don’t want to miss anything from Minnie.

“So yeah, my plan is to take a break once this contract ends.”

Meanwhile, Stacey recently admitted that marrying Kevin ‘isn’t hugely important to her’, despite the couple welcoming daughter Minnie in January.

The host gave some insight into her family life on an episode of Stacey Sleeps Over, highlighting the challenges they faced while adjusting to parenthood.

Stacey revealed motherhood is her ‘hardest gig ever’, meaning the couple have ruled out having another baby while ‘failing’ at being parents.

She said The sun: ‘Marriage has never been extremely important to me. It’s also well documented that Kev has done it a few times before.

“So you have to keep that in mind when you come down the aisle and say, ‘Hey everyone, I know what you’re all thinking.’

“It’s just never been something I dreamed of. But I couldn’t have done this (motherhood) without Kev’.
