Inside Romeo Beckham’s boozy 22nd birthday: Posh and Becks turn swanky Mayfair eatery into a club for son and celeb guests as they shell out on free-flowing tequila and a doughnut cake
Romeo Beckham, the second eldest son of Posh and the Becks, celebrated his 22nd birthday on Saturday night surrounded by his famous family and friends.
The former footballer celebrated his special day at the swanky, newly opened Ambassadors Clubhouse in Mayfair, London, alongside his parents David, 49, and Victoria, 50.
The group of 80 took over the Punjabi-themed restaurant for the evening and transformed it into their very own nightclub.
The dress code was glamorous, with guests arriving in black tie and designer gowns. Romeo himself accessorised his suit with a diamond necklace, two £4,250 Van Cleef bracelets and an even blingier diamond-encrusted grill on his lower teeth.
David was dressed more demurely in a black turtleneck with a black jacket, while Victoria wore her own black tuxedo – one of her favourites – with a tight black corset under her £1,270 jacket.

Cruz Beckham, 19, brought along his new girlfriend, Brazilian singer Jackie Apostel, in a long gold slip dress.
The venue matched the glamorous theme, with mirrored ceilings throughout, plush velvet sofas, animal print curtains and dim crystal chandeliers.
A table for six usually has a minimum spend of £600 and the cheapest bottle of champagne costs £96.
Of course, nothing was too crazy for the birthday boy, although his cake was a little less lavish. It consisted of a mountain of Krispy Kreme donuts in different flavors, which were offered to him by his father, who also gave a moving speech.
While Romeo blew out the 22 candles, the song It’s My Birthday by rapper will.i.am played in the background.
The group sipped cocktails from Belvedere Vodka and popped open bottles of Mexican Tapatio Blanco tequila throughout the evening, while Hale Zero, a team of three DJs who have long been favorites of the Beckhams, oversaw the night’s music.
The British trio DJed at Victoria’s 50th birthday in April and at her party in Spain for the launch of her fashion collection with Mango.

His ex-girlfriend model Mia Regan (pictured last week), whom he split from in February this year after five years, was nowhere to be seen, despite the pair saying they are still friends.
They also performed at her show during Paris Fashion Week and at the launch party for the Netflix documentary series Beckham.
Romeo’s friends, including his former Brentford FC teammates Max Dickov, Roco Rees, Max Wilcox and Charlie Farr, plus the tattoo artist known as Certified Letter Boy, who has tattooed all three Beckham brothers, were on hand to help him celebrate.

The Ambassadors Clubhouse opened last week, with a launch party on Thursday attended by actress Fay Ripley (58), her daughter Parker Lapaine (21) and models Harry Tibble and Yasmin Mills.
It is the latest restaurant from JKS Restaurants, founded by brothers Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina Sethi, and celebrates ‘classic Punjabi hospitality’.
The trio own several restaurants in London, including the two-Michelin-starred Gymkhana in Marylebone, where David and Brooklyn Beckham – who was noticeably absent from Romeo’s 22nd birthday celebrations last Saturday – have often been spotted.
The Ambassadors Club features private dining rooms with space for around 100 people and also houses the Ambassy nightclub, an underground venue where the Beckham entourage would gravitate after dinner and leave around 3am.

Not long after they left, the Beckhams discovered another reason to celebrate. In LA, the Emmy Awards ceremony had just begun—with a win for David and director Fisher Stevens, in the category Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Series, for their Netflix four-part series Beckham, which aired last year.
David later FaceTimed with Fisher Stevens from London and said they would “celebrate next week.”
Victoria posted about the win this morning, saying: ‘So proud of you @davidbeckham!! Congratulations to the whole team on this incredible win! Kisses xx’.
