Inside Out 2 continues its box office success, having grossed more than $1.462 billion worldwide as of Wednesday, outpacing other animated films.
The film, starring Amy Poehler and Maya Hawke as Joy and Anxiety respectively, surpassed Disney’s 2019 film Frozen II ($1.45 billion) at the global box office on Tuesday, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
According to THR, Inside Out 2 has grossed $601 million domestically and $861.8 million internationally as of Wednesday since hitting theaters on June 14.
