Inside Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan’s lavish Marbella apartment as they continue renovations

Sea-view balconies, marble countertops and a feature wall: inside Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan’s lavish Mallorca apartment as they continue to renovate

They have only just moved into their ‘dream’ country house in Essex after years of extensive renovation work.

But Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan don’t stop there, as the duo also create the perfect home away from home in Spain.

Former TOWIE star Mark flew over this week to work on the renovation of their apartment in Mallorca while transporting materials from the UK to bring his vision to life.

The TV personality shared the process via his Instagram, giving followers a glimpse of the beautiful property – with a sea view and a bright balcony.

He was joined by a group of workmen who were applying marble throughout the apartment, including countertops, a feature wall, and a heavy sink for the master bathroom.

Mark began that he was “ready to make some magic” when he started the day, filming himself helping the team.

He placed white marble countertops and a matching wall plate in the kitchen of the apartment for a modern design.

He chose a matching theme around the property, adding the same marble as a slab on the “TV wall” for a signature piece.

While the British company Mitres then delivered a custom porcelain sink to Mark, which was placed in the master bathroom.

The bright apartment has large windows throughout and offers a phenomenal view of the sea, the beach and the neighboring resorts.

The renovations come after Mark had to travel to Mallorca last month to ‘strip’ the apartment for this week’s renovations, which involved driving for two days before catching a ferry to visit the island.

Appearing on Heart Breakfast last month, the star explained that he’d bought the flat a year ago, but had put it in the hands of builders he didn’t know – and wasn’t impressed with their work.

Mark, who works in property development, said he wasn’t happy with the look of the flat, so he decided to travel there with a team of builders to do the work himself.

He explained, “There were just a lot of problems being created, they were trying to take the corners. So then I talked to another company and the price didn’t match what I had in mind, and I just thought, DIY, I’ll have to handle it myself.”

Heart host Jamie Theakston asked Mark what his wife Michelle Keegan had done to help with the ‘disaster’, to which Mark joked that she had just texted him asking if he had arrived yet.

He added, “And ‘Get my apartment ready for summer,’ really.”
