Luxury Listings star Gavin Rubenstein has made a hefty profit after reportedly selling his prestigious Sydney pad under the hammer for $8 million.
The 34-year-old celebrity real estate agent bought the five-bedroom, three-bathroom mansion in 2022 for $6.25 million.
Located in upmarket Waverley, 8.5km from the CBD, the multi-storey home features an ultra-chic design.
Rubenstein purchased the lavish property shortly after it was built by Future Flip, a building form that specializes in prestige properties. The Daily Telegraph last week.
According to the report, Rubenstein did not release hard sales figures, but it is believed to have sold for around $8 million.

Rubenstein became familiar with the house after handling the sale of the adjacent mansion, which he sold for $6.25 million just before making his own purchase.
Highlights of the three-level home include an open plan design, sculpted garden and entertainment terrace.
Rubenstein’s pad has a holiday atmosphere with bright, airy rooms with skylights and high ceilings.

According to the report, Rubenstein did not release hard numbers on sales, but it is believed that approximately $8 million was sold.

Other features include an internal lift and a luxurious bathroom for the master bedroom with a beautiful bath and double walk-in wardrobes.
Rubenstein is best known as one of the stars of the reality series Luxe Listings Sydney.
The show made its debut on Amazon Prime Video in 2021 and featured Rubenstein and fellow RE agent D’Leanne Lewis and buyer’s agent Simon Cohen as they traded high prices for some of Sydney’s most exclusive properties.
