Inside Kylie and Kendall Jenner’s bizarre workout: Sisters test out new gym machine

After Kendall Jenner started teaching her sister Kylie Jenner how to drive a shifter on last week’s episode of The Kardashians, they both tried a “shocking” new training technique.

Kendall, 27 – who went out to dinner with Giorgio Baldi on Wednesday – and Kylie, 25, were previously seen on horseback when Kendall took Kylie out on one of her horses.

Towards the end of the episode, they ran into each other again at a new training technology known as Whole Body EMS, which, according to trainer Bridget Whitman, is “Electro Muscle Stimulation.”

“So it’s like having electricity sent through your body,” Kendall asks, as Bridget says, “Totally.”

Kylie adds confession, “Kendall and I have been spending a lot of time together lately. It is very special to spend this personal time with her. I think this is going to work out. I think it would be a nice sister bonding moment for us.”

Bridget and another trainer see these EMS vests sprayed with water, and when Kendall asks, “So why are we wet?” Bridget replies, “So the wet essentially aids in the conduction of the electricity.”

Kendall asks, “Is there any condition you shouldn’t be doing this with?”

Bridget replies, “Yes, there are a few. If you’re pregnant or planning to get pregnant,” which cuts to a producer asking Kendall in an admission, “How’s the pregnancy going?”

A smiling Kendall says, “Good. Soon I will get ultrasound pictures. I’ve only seen an egg or whatever. It wasn’t like a shape, you know. My horse gestation, I’m not pregnant.’

Bridget says to Kendall and Kylie – both of whom are holding black balls with each hand – to both of them, “Bend those arms and legs, just make sure they’re nicely bent because we’re working our two muscles and they’re going to lock up, it’s not nice,” which shocks Kendall.

‘To rule out?’ a disbelieving Kendall asks, as Bridget insists, “It’ll be all right, I promise.”

They start the workout with Kendall immediately saying, “Oooh, I feel that,” while the other trainer, Anthony, says, “If it’s ever painful, just yell at me.”

Kendall says, “Oh yes,” while Anthony “pulls back” on the stimulus a bit, before Kendall says her arm is locked.

They show more footage of both sisters continuing the workout before finishing, as Kendall says, “That was kind of crazy.”

Kendall adds confession, “I love spending time with my sister. I call her my little sister because it’s fun to say, but it feels like we’re so alike, like we could be best friends.”

Kendall asks Kylie if she’s spoken to anyone about Milan, but Kylie says she hasn’t, as Kendall goes over her emotional conversation with Kourtney.

She actually said that everything Kim did with Dolce seemed very close to her marriage. She almost felt like her marriage vibes had been stripped away from her and that was her thing and whatever. I just said to her like we’re all obviously like sisters and a family and we live under this umbrella of the same relationship, but like we’re individual people at the same time and like we want to have individuality and have our own thing,” says Kendall.

Kylie says Kourtney’s feelings are “valid,” but Kendall said, “I called it fun, but at the end of the day, I can also see how Kim, you know, was offered a job and paid for it and, she says, “Why should you choose money over my feelings?” For instance, I don’t think that’s a fair position to put Kim in. I think Kourtney should be supportive in that way. I see both sides.’

Kylie agreed that she also saw both sides, adding, “I think Kim should have done it, but I get it. I don’t think anyone is wrong, I just didn’t even think about it that way, but it makes sense, the whole wedding and all.’

Kendall admitted that she didn’t think much of it at first either, “and when I sat with her and saw how it affected her, I thought, ‘Oh.'”

Kylie added, “Remember when we used to work together and only work together?” Kendall added, “It was like a perfect screenplay, perfect timing.”

Kylie added that it “introduced us to this world,” while Kendall said they both “split off and did our own thing at the right time.”

Kylie added in confession, “When we both left the house we were so excited because we were so attached at the hip for so long that we went our separate ways.”

She added, “She went to New York and worked a lot and modeled and we didn’t spend much time together, but I feel like we’re really close now and I love it.”

Kendall tells Kylie she doesn’t “feel anything yet,” but Kylie tells her not to, and asks her to call her in the morning, before Kendall leaves for a meeting.
