Inside Kim Kardashian’s Malibu beach home on billionaire’s row: Skims mogul gives tour of $70M pad

Kim Kardashian took fans to her massive $70 million Malibu beach house on this week’s episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians.

The 42-year-old reality star bought the home in September on what’s known as Malibu’s “billionaires’ beach,” with celebrity neighbors like Cindy Crawford, Leonardo DiCaprio, singer Neil Diamond, television producer Marcy Carsey, and former Disney CEO Michael Eisner.

Near the end of this week’s episode, Kim took her sister Khloe to check out the new house, revealing that she had plans to use the mansion as an ultimate party spot for her friends and family.

She also admitted that owning a house in Malibu was a lifelong dream of hers, and that she literally shed tears on the beach when the deal was finalized.

While the house is still in need of refurbishment and remodeling, Kim was quite pleased with her huge purchase, with the outing coming just after learning her ex Kanye West made some controversial anti-Semitic statements that brought her to tears.

“I just want to have a nice day with Khloe and not think about anything negative. I just want to get away from it all,” Kim said in a confession.

“So I bought a house in Malibu and this has been a dream of mine forever. It’s just one of those pinch moments where I can’t believe I enjoy reaching a goal that I didn’t really think was realistic,” Kim says in a confession.

The siblings take a look at the new house, as Khloe says in a confession, “Kim’s home in Malibu is so beautiful.” It is literally a little oasis. It’s a huge piece of land and it’s right on the beach.’

Kim takes Khloe inside and tries to envision her vision for the house, as they go downstairs and Kim herself opens the windows, which surprises Khloe since she does “manual labor,” though Kim admits, “I thought it was all was on one thing.’

They both enjoy the view of the ocean, as Khloe says it is, “so f***ing gorgeous” adding, “looks like a painting.”

Kim takes Khloe back inside and tells her, “So like they do it in there like a big TV, keep the little fireplace and let this be a little TV room,” adding, “this is going to be a party house too.” , which confuses Khloe.

“You just said this was a party house,” Khloe says, as Kim admits, “yeah, but still with kids.” It’s half party and half kids. It still has to be like…” as Khloe says, “So then Disney and Disney After Dark.”

Kim adds confession, “It’s definitely a dream to have a home in Malibu and I think people think, ‘They have all these things and they do all these things and like it’s so normal.’ It’s not normal and we know it. It wasn’t like, “Oh, I have a house in Malibu, no problem.” It was like standing on the beach, like tears running down my face, like, holy shit, I did this.”

I mean, just her heart, how she thinks, it’s great. I can’t wait for these summers in Malibu and barbecues on the beach. ‘Cause memories is all we have at the end of the day’

Playroom: She tells Khloe she needs a playroom, as Khloe says, “You don’t need a playroom everywhere.” Do you know where the game room is? It’s called the damn beach’

Memories: Kim adds in confession, ‘This house will be the craziest memory for all my kids, all my cousins’

“This house really represents to me a lot of the hard work I’ve put into it, and enjoying the fruits of our labor. It’s new energy. I’m so looking forward to creating so many memories here,” Kim said in a confession.

Showing the beach to Khloe, she adds, “It’s going to be awesome once it’s done,” as Khloe confesses, “Kim keeps saying this is for the family and we’re going to have BBQ here and summers and for the children. I mean, just her heart, how she thinks, it’s great. I can’t wait for these summers in Malibu and barbecues on the beach. Because at the end of the day, all we have is memories.’
