Kayla Itsines has shared some candid photos from her wild wedding reception with Jae Woodroffe this weekend.

The fitness influencer, 32, took to Instagram on Monday to share images from Sunday's reception.

One photo showed the newlyweds balancing precariously on the shoulders of several friends as they shared a passionate kiss.

Another cheerful photo showed Kayla sandwiched between two friends, looking stunning in a white slit skirt with a matching white top.

But while Kayla received plenty of positive comments for her wedding day looks, new husband Jae was criticized for his wedding outfit choices.

“Did he seriously wear runners to the wedding?” asked a commenter in the Ny Breaking's story about the couple's wedding.

“Trainers at the altar. Stylish,” wrote another.

Other comments also focused on Jae's apparent veneers and teeth whitening.

“Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Teeth,” read one cheeky comment.

The fitness entrepreneur shared her happy wedding news on Instagram on Sunday evening, alongside a beautiful photo of their lavish wedding.

The image shows the happy couple sharing a romantic kiss during their outdoor wedding ceremony in Adelaide.

The newlyweds appear deeply in love as Jae wraps his arms around her waist while Kayla tenderly caresses his cheeks.

'I just married my best friend and we couldn't be happier. The most perfect day ever,” she captioned the image alongside a white love heart and ring emoji.

Kayla looked beautiful in a sleek, flowing white wedding dress with a short train and sheer hood.

Jae opted for an off-white tuxedo and made the modern choice of wearing crisp white sneakers with his wedding shoes.

The couple exchanged vows on a stage surrounded by lush floral arrangements and flanked by a little flower girl in a sweet white dress.

Before the ceremony, Kayla shared her bridal makeup look, designed by artist Leah Baines.

Kayla's announcement was quickly flooded with well wishes from her famous friends.

Little is known about Jae, one of the 732 people Kayla follows on Instagram, but his social media activity shows that he enjoys traveling and riding motorcycles.

The couple went public with their relationship more than a year after Kayla confirmed her split from ex-fiancé Tobi Pearce in August 2020.

The former couple, who were together for eight years and are parents to daughter Arna, co-founded Bikini Body Guides – later renamed Sweat – after meeting in late 2012.

The business partners sold their health and fitness empire to US software giant iFIT for $400 million last year. Tobi has since left the company.

In May last year, Jae hinted that he wanted to have children with Kayla during an Instagram Q&A.

He answered the question 'Would you ever want biological children of your own?' with a photo of him playing with his stepdaughter Arna and writing 'absolutely'.

Before he started dating Kayla, Jae was in a long-term relationship with a woman named Lauren Belotti, who is believed to be one of Kayla's friends.
