Inside Karl Stefanovic’s five-bedroom five-bathroom Noosa holiday home as wife Jasmine puts it up for rent

Karl and Jasmine Stefanovic are keen to leave Noosa behind this summer.

The Today presenter, 50, and his designer wife, 40, first listed his Sunshine Beach villa for rent on the Noosa Beach Abodes website in March.

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom holiday home, called Villa Isabelle, sits on a clifftop overlooking the popular coastline in south-east Queensland.

It runs an eye-watering $1000 per night.

The listing describes Karl’s property as an “architecturally designed home” that offers guests “comfort and relaxation at its finest.”

Meanwhile, the open-plan indoor and outdoor living areas flow to outdoor entertaining terraces, a BBQ area, private balconies and a heated pool.

Jasmine shared a photo of the beachside mansion to her Instagram Stories on Sunday and promoted it to her 64,000 followers.

It was likely where the couple and their high-profile friends were staying when they became the biggest news story of last year just ten days into January.

Extraordinary footage of the now infamous late-night row between Karl and ex-Australian cricket captain Michael Clarke, captured in front of shocked onlookers in a public park, had a lasting impact on the duo’s friendship.

The Today show host and the Australian cricket great clashed while holidaying on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast with their respective partners, sisters Jasmine and Jade Yarbrough, on January 10, 2023.

All hell broke loose while the couples were dining at a beachside restaurant in Noosa with celebrity accountant Anthony Bell.

It is understood the fight was over Clarke’s ex-girlfriend, high-profile fashion designer Pip Edwards and recent messages between the pair.

The dramatic footage obtained by the Daily Telegraph shows a shirtless Clarke being shouted at and punched by his hysterical girlfriend Jade as others in the group try to defuse the row.

Karl and Jasmine have since holidayed at the Noosa beach house a few times, but have not invited any other friends to stay with them.

The veteran presenter was all smiles in September as he went off air to show off his physique on nearby Noosa beach.

Karl showed off his dad’s body in football shorts as he strolled along the sandy coast, dragging a boogie board behind him, after the couple’s controversial European getaway to the Paris Olympics.

Enjoying the spring sunshine, the breakfast show host got some quality time with his wife, their daughter Harper and sister-in-law Jade Yarbrough.

Jasmine had her hands full as she carried the family lunch for the day, shielding her face from the sun with a white cap pulled down low.

Meanwhile, Jade, 31, was every bit the doting aunt as she carried Harper, three, on her hip while wearing black, form-fitting casual clothes.

Harper is the only child Karl shares with Jasmine, as the media personality has three other children, Jackson, Willow and River, with his ex-wife Cassandra Thorburn.

“Wild Saturday night,” Jasmine wrote this weekend with a sweet photo of Karl and Harper, fast asleep in the car.

She then offered their Noosa escape for rent again.

The modern home features a heated outdoor pool and is situated on a cliff top overlooking the popular coastline in south-east Queensland.

The five bedrooms and living areas are spread over three levels, with the middle level having an open-plan kitchen, dining and large living room with sliding glass doors.

On the top floor, the holiday home has two further bedrooms with king-size beds.

It also has nice outdoor terraces, a barbecue area, a private balcony and a covered garage.

Meanwhile, hundreds of jobs were cut at Nine Entertainment, including roles in the high-profile TV news division, which led to a staff strike.
