Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has revealed her latest workout routine following her incredible 40lb slimming down.
While discussing her transformation on The Kyle & Jackie O Show on Tuesday morning, the 48-year-old radio host is trying to grow her booty and build muscle.
Jackie admitted to her new personal trainer Amy and her co-host Kyle Sandilands that her bum is ‘flat’ and wants to train her muscles to create a firmer look.
“I just want a bit of shape,” she said on the show, adding that she did the “best butt workout” this weekend while on holiday in Western Australia.
Amy revealed that the radio queen ‘trains hard’ in the gym but lacks ‘dedication’ when planning her workouts.

She also wants her to move on to the “next phase of training,” which is weightlifting.
“You’ve done the hard work – seriously, you’ve done the hard work – you’ve lost the weight and that’s what most people struggle with. But now comes the fun part,” Amy said.
“What I know is that there hasn’t been much strength training with Jackie… Now we have to build. So now it’s kind of the hardest part with food because you have to change your relationship and be okay with eating calories.”

“I’m excited to put some weight on your house and actually start building it,” Amy added.
“Me too,” Jackie replied. ‘I like it when my butt hurts. Like it feels good.”
Jackie recently spoke about her new diet and admitted that she often skips breakfast, a practice known as intermittent fasting.
She also avoids carbohydrates and satisfies her hunger throughout the day by snacking on pre-cut pieces of steak.
Jackie’s personal trainer Amy revealed that the radio queen ‘trains hard’ in the gym but lacks ‘dedication’ when planning her workouts.
“I cook the steak and cut it up, and if I’m hungry I just have a little piece of steak,” Jackie said.
She resists splurging on high-calorie food for lunch, choosing to eat only “three small pieces of steak” and a few Vietnamese rice paper rolls with fish and cabbage.
Kyle was shocked by her small portion size and told her, “A dog would eat more!”
For dinner, Jackie usually eats vegetables and a protein such as chicken or red meat.
In between meals, Jackie treats herself to smoothies and Starbucks Frappuccinos, a type of blended iced coffee drink.

Jackie hasn’t always followed such a restrictive diet.
She said in February women’s Day She binged on pizza, sausage rolls and microwave food from the petrol station before taking control of her health.
‘I ate a lot of food that I could get quickly. You know, pizza and sandwiches and takeout only, I wasn’t cooking myself,” she said.
“And I think it’s always best if you know what you’re putting into your body. I just got really lazy.”
