Elle Macpherson is back Down Under next month, ahead of her 60th birthday, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of her wellness brand WelleCo.
The Australian supermodel, 59, who hasn’t been home for four years, wasted no time in making the most of her visit as she enjoyed all the luxury she could get.
The businesswoman got in touch with her inner hippie and organized a launch of her latest WelleCo product on Tuesday, serving only vegetarian dishes and mocktails.
Elle invited several guests, including girlfriend Pip Edwards, to her intimate dinner at Shell House Sydney and wanted those in attendance to enjoy only her favorite food.
Her ‘tailor-made vegetarian menu’ consisted of wakame, cucumber with horseradish and buttered whole wheat sourdough as a snack.

This was followed by three courses ‘designed to share’ between guests, with the starter consisting of leek with sour cream and feta, cucumber and red chilli.
The main course consisted of coal-roasted beetroot, mixed with grilled oyster mushrooms and aubergines, with red Salanova salad and Brussels sprouts as sides.
Finally, the guests finished with grapefruit granita and oat milk sorbet with hazelnuts, summer berries and dark chocolate for dessert.

Mocktails were distributed throughout the bar in accordance with Elle’s strict ‘no alcohol’ rule, while guests were treated to ‘sound healing’ sessions.
“Sharing a healthy medicine for inner peace, beauty and well-being,” Elle captioned a photo she shared on Instagram of bowls sitting under a microphone.
The woman of the hour took to the stage herself to thank everyone for being there during the launch of her latest hot chocolate WelleCo product.

“Thank you for coming out today and supporting us,” she said as she sat with former Sunrise host Melissa Doyle.
“Some of you are new to WelleCo. Some of you have been here since the beginning, and some of you have been following me almost since I was founded.”
After her bizarre luxury launch, Elle, who showed pal Doyle Bramhall around her hometown, took a cruise in an MG4 XPower car, which was gifted to her for temporary use in Australia.
The model then showed off her complimentary lavish suite at the Crown Sydney, complete with a giant spa bath, sweeping skyline views and a private balcony to take it all in.
