Inside awe-inspiring $59 MILLION Mediterranean villa located in America’s most EXPENSIVE neighborhood – which comes complete with a movie theater, car gallery, putting green and stunning WINE ROOM

YouTuber and real estate expert Enes Yilmazer access a home in the exclusive Crystal Cove neighborhood of Newport Beach, California, a beautiful neighborhood that achieved the highest median residential listing price in the US this July.

Modeled after a Mediterranean villa, the six-bedroom, ten-bathroom property is currently for sale for $58,888,000 and is also available for short-term rentals if prospective buyers want to give it a test drive first.

Some of the perks of the expensive plot at 46 Deep Sea include a 78-foot triangular infinity pool facing the Pacific Ocean, putting green, car gallery, ‘wine room’ and state-of-the-art cinema.

At the start of his tour, Enes highlights the ‘stone driveway framed by two beautiful palm trees’, along with the ‘stacked stone arch openings, tiled roofs, (window) shutters and casement windows.’

The property developer steps inside and walks through the central courtyard which he says ‘brings natural light and fresh air to all the rooms on the first floor as well as the second floor’.

Playing on the Mediterranean theme, the open space features balconies and a wall decorated with faux climbing plants.

From the courtyard, Enes showcases several rooms, including a spacious family room boasting two L-shaped sofas, contemporary kitchen with a central island, smaller chef’s kitchen, and two dining rooms for both formal and informal occasions.

The back terrace has plenty of space for entertaining with a poolside cabana complete with TV and there’s even a putting green for keen golfers.

As he wanders around, Enes muses: ‘This property is so private, it’s so peaceful, you can literally see waves rolling in. It’s fantastic. With this house you feel as if you are floating above the sea.’

Moving back inside, Enes notes the glass-enclosed elevator that goes to all three levels of the house.

Moving down a level, the ‘wow factor’ continues with a ‘hotel standard’ bar, one bedroom guest apartment, gym, bathroom connecting to a sauna, kitchenette and ‘wine wall’.

Enes says of the tipple-themed feature: ‘I love how these bottles are displayed (on their side) it’s obviously temperature controlled. Then they brought the ceiling with barrels here too, which gives you that Tuscany feeling.’

Another standout feature is the lower level movie theater with ‘tri-level seating, leather chairs, massive screen, rear projector, built-in speakers, (and) padded walls.’

But the pièce de résistance is undoubtedly a sprawling ‘car gallery’ with a range of supercars on display and four electric charging points.

To finish his tour, Enes goes to the top floor where there are four bedroom suites.

He’s clearly blown away by the master suite, and as he walks around the space, he tells viewers: ‘The scale of this room is absolutely insane. You have your king-size bed, barrel ceiling here, with this crystal chandelier.

“Nice sitting area in front of your fireplace, stone-clad wall… you have your TV in the middle, the whole room opens up to these views.”

Off the master bedroom is an equally impressive bathroom with a central walk-in shower and freestanding bath.

One set of doors lead to a balcony, while another set opens to a very spacious walk-in closet, with an island right in the middle.

Summarizing the house, which was built two years ago, Enes says: ‘This is a residential house, you can live here and you can enjoy this backyard every day and for me it’s crazy.

‘These views, they’re almost awe-inspiring…and on top of that, you’re in Crystal Cove, one of the most premier development and residential neighborhoods in the entire state in my opinion.

‘You have beautiful streets, the whole community is fenced, everything looks very cohesive and uniform. It’s absolutely beautiful.’
