The kitchen had a marble island with a waterfall surround, while the wooden cabinets had a chic glass section where the presenter could display all her glassware.
The custom-made table was complemented by rattan chairs and a wooden fruit bowl, while huge glass doors opened onto the garden.
Laura then took viewers into the property’s utility room, which had a ‘secret’ door, built to appear as if it served as a storage cupboard next to the television in the kitchen diner.
The camera then pans to a downstairs toilet with a cylindrical wash basin with subtle plant motif wallpaper – with the taps and mirror finished in a stylish shade of gold.
As she continued into the living room, Laura mentioned that she had painted the ceiling, but comically noticed a small patch of paint that needed to be redone when she presented the room.
The room, painted in a warm gray color, feels like a “sanctuary” to Laura, as she pointed out that the absence of a TV in the room was intentional so that she felt better able to relax in that part of the room. house.
