An inmate who filmed himself having sex with a married prison guard was reportedly attacked while holding a baby during a family visit, fracturing the child’s skull.
Linton Weirich, 36, was targeted by a fellow inmate as he held his three-month-old child during his girlfriend’s visit to Swaleside Prison. The sun first reported.
Weirich was taken to prison after the sex tape scandal, which saw him romping in his cell with disgraced officer Linda De Sousa Abreu, 31.
After the video went viral on social media, De Sousa Abreu was jailed for 15 months earlier in January.
After the attack on December 18, both Weirich and the baby were rushed to hospital, where the child was found to have a skull fracture, while the prisoner also suffered head injuries.
Kent Police confirmed to MailOnline that a man was allegedly punched by another prisoner in the visiting area, causing him to fall on top of the small baby he was holding.
A suspect has been identified, but no arrests have been made.
The child’s mother was distressed after witnessing the unexpected attack, a source told The Sun.

“It’s terrifying to see her child unresponsive and unconscious,” the source said.
Kent Police said in a statement: ‘Kent Police are investigating an allegation of an attack on HMP Swaleside which took place on 18 December 2024.
‘It is reported that an inmate was beaten by another inmate in an area used for visitors. The victim suffered head injuries and fell on a three-month-old baby he was holding.
‘The baby suffered a skull fracture, but has since been released from hospital. The suspect has been identified and an investigation is underway.”
The South East Coast Ambulance Service confirmed to The Sun that they had attended an incident at the prison that day.
De Sousa Abreu appeared in court for sentencing this month after admitting misconduct after the X-rated clip, recorded at Wandsworth Prison, went viral on social media.
The footage showed a uniformed prison guard having sex with Weirich as her discarded radio crackled with messages from colleagues.
De Sousa Abreu, originally from Brazil, is a married swinger and shares an eight-year-old daughter with her husband. She was arrested at Heathrow Airport while traveling with her father but denied trying to flee the country.

De Sousa Abreu, wearing a gray pinstriped blazer over a white shirt, was sentenced to 15 months in prison at Isleworth Crown Court but is likely to serve less than a third of the time behind bars.
Judge Martin Edmunds QC, the Recorder of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, said De Sousa Abreu compromised her role as a prison officer, undermined discipline and placed officers in greater danger.
De Sousa Abreu admitted to having sex with the same inmate on another occasion, while she was also caught on her own body camera performing oral sex on him on the same day the original sex tape was filmed.
Weirich was sentenced at Kingston Crown Court last June to four-and-a-half years in prison for burglary after stealing £65,000 worth of valuables from a safe in a flat in Kensington.
De Sousa Abreu, who claimed to have “found faith in God” since the incident, also has an OnlyFans account where she shares explicit content.
