Influencer Steph Claire Smith flaunts her stunning physique in tiny bikini as she opens up about her major body insecurity

Steph Claire Smith showed off her stunning body in a skimpy bikini bottom on Monday, while also addressing one of her insecurities.

The 30-year-old fitness influencer shared a video on Instagram showing herself wearing a tight black-and-white bikini bottom while sitting in an infrared sauna.

Her athletic body was put on full display when she spoke openly about a birthmark that she is “really insecure about.”

“One thing I used to be really insecure about was the birthmark on my leg,” said the founder of Keep It Cleaner (KIC), showing off the mark on her thigh.

‘When I was growing up, you could always see it if I wore shorts or a swimsuit… I would put a band-aid on it.’

She then claimed that some childhood friends convinced her to be more confident and wear “short shorts” to an event.

However, Steph claimed that later in life, when she started modelling, she noticed that the industry did not value ‘imperfections’ and she often removed them from photos.

The influencer shared that she recently received a number of direct messages on Instagram praising her for not hiding her birthmark in photos.

“I’ve come to accept that it’s something that makes me unique, and that’s what makes it beautiful,” she wrote in the post.

The story picks up as Steph and her KIC co-founder Laura Henshaw open up about an ugly feud that nearly destroyed their friendship.

The fitness influencers were enjoying an outing with their husbands Dalton Graham and Josh Miller when the best friends got into a heated argument.

At one point, their husbands had to intervene in the conflict to calm things down.

Laura, 30, and Steph have now shared some background information about the incident.

Open on their Frogpod podcast, the best friends said they never got close to physical aggression during their fights.

However, the business partners and friends kept fans short on the details of the fight and what prompted it.

A look back at Laura and Steph’s conversation about their pronounced podcast, sisters Amy, Sophie and Kate Taeuber tried to get to the heart of the argument between the partners.

“It just kept going around in circles. I felt like I was a friend listening to the conversation and not being involved because the issue of the fight was never addressed once,” they said.

Amy then said she felt sympathy for the two best friends.

“I feel for them,” she said, continuing, “You say things to your family members that you would never say to anyone else.

“You forgive a family member, while you wouldn’t forgive a friend.”
