Influencer Sarah’s Day reveals how she is preparing to give birth as she counts down the final days of her pregnancy

Heavily pregnant influencer Sarah’s Day is preparing for her final stage of pregnancy and is just days away from giving birth to her third child.

And the 32-year-old YouTuber from Sydney, whose real name is Sarah Stevenson, revealed the steps she follows to ensure her son is in the ‘optimal birth position’.

Taking to Instagram on Monday, Sarah said her baby is currently in the left occipital position (LOA) – the ideal position a baby can be in when bending their head into the pelvis.

Sarah, who already has two sons with husband Kurt Tilse, added that she is “praying” that her belly will stay in that position so she can “experience a non-posterior birth this time.”

Alongside a video of herself in a bikini, Sarah cradled her baby bump as she rocked back and forth on an exercise ball.

She revealed that she has been sleeping on her left side, “relaxing in puppy position/exaggerated child position,” doing “hip mobility rotations on my ball” and having “weekly acupuncture” to try to keep the baby in position.

“I definitely did this a lot when I was pregnant with Malakai, my second baby, and unfortunately he was still posterior,” she said

‘Pregnancy and birth are largely out of our control, so I am so grateful that the baby is responding to all of the above this time and is currently responding to LOA.

“Praying that he stays that way and that this next birth is a very healing experience for me.”

In August, Sarah started teasing her baby’s name on the go, dropping a major hint after revealing that she and husband Kurt had already picked out the name eight weeks ago.

They also revealed that the name will have two syllables, something Sarah admitted she wasn’t too concerned about as she wanted a one-syllable name.

She then urged fans to tell her their favorite one-syllable names in the comments.

“Kurt and I just need to agree on his middle name now. Kurt has already fallen in love with it, but it’s two syllables and I don’t think it flows as well as a one-syllable name,” she said at the time.

“I honestly feel like I’ve proposed 200 to Kurt at this point and he’s stuck with this specific two-syllable name.”

She then urged fans to tell her their favorite one-syllable names in the comments as inspiration for the baby’s middle name.

“So help me convince him. Are there any unique one syllable names you can recommend for baby boy middle names!?’

Sarah and Kurt currently share two children, sons Fox Ocean, five, and Malakai Koa, two, and she has spoken openly in the past about her hormonal issues and how difficult it has been for her to conceive.

In May, she took to social media to share the exciting news with her 1.2 million followers.

“We can’t wait to meet you beautiful baby,” she wrote in her Instagram caption, before adding that the moment she found out she was pregnant was uploaded to her YouTube account.

The blonde vlogger from Sydney shared another Instagram post and revealed the baby is due in October.
