Suggesting that such extreme activities blur the lines of loyalty and cross boundaries, she explained: ‘Skydiving – and this applies to men and women.
‘Because why are you tied to someone else, so close? And jump out of a wat? You don’t have to do that.’
The content creator then expressed discomfort at the idea of her partner buying gifts such as flowers or chocolate for a colleague of the opposite sex.
She felt that such gestures crossed the line of appropriate behavior in a committed relationship, saying: “When a female colleague leaves, as if she has left the company, and you buy her flowers or chocolate, or that parting gift.”
She added, “What, no, why do you do that? Don’t do that, don’t do that. That’s cheating.’
However, the controversy did not end: Ingrid also denounced friendly gestures towards others as potential violations of trust.
One example she cited was her disapproval of her boyfriend comforting a crying woman in public because she saw it as a violation of boundaries.
She concluded, “If a girl is crying in public and you’re going to try to comfort her… Why? What if a man did that for me?’
