Influencer reveals her genius ‘lip filler hack’ after giving away injectables during her pregnancy
A popular Australian influencer has shared a genius beauty trick for getting fuller lips during pregnancy, without having to use lip fillers.
Perth social media star Em Davies, 29, is expecting a baby girl with her fiancé Joel Gambin.
Using fillers or Botox during pregnancy can cause blood flow problems and swelling.
The online personality shared on Instagram the ‘lip filler hack’ she uses to create her usual pout.
“I’m pregnant, so lip fillers aren’t done here,” she said.
‘This goes without saying, you don’t need lip filler. You really don’t. I like the look of smaller lips now anyway.
‘I probably don’t even know if I’m going to get lip filler again, but I’m going to show you what I do [to make lips look plumper].
Em showed her followers how she takes a small amount of bronzer and applies it to the end of a brush and lines it along the edges of her lips.

She applies it along the fuller part of her bottom lip and ‘straight across’ the length of her top lip, accentuating her cupid’s bow.
Em then uses MCoBeauty cheek and lip tint, dabbing ‘just a little bit’ onto her lips before applying a REFY lip pencil in taupe.
She says she uses the product to line her lips just underneath the bronzer and “color it in a little bit” before finishing with her favorite tinted lip balm.
“Wow, I literally just gave myself 2mil lip filler. It’s made the biggest difference to my face,” Em said as she showed off the finished look.

Em and her fiancé Joel are expecting their baby girl in August. She recently gave a sneak peek of her favorite baby names.
Last month, Em shared a video revealing that she already decided on a name for her daughterbut refused to reveal what it was.
She said she likes the names Delilah, Romy and Eloura, and the boys’ names Carter, Ki and Blu, but she stressed that she won’t be using any of these names.
Em also revealed that she “loved gender neutral names like Stevie,” before teasing, “But the name we chose isn’t gender neutral at all.”
