Influencer, 20, is slammed for showing her affluent ‘realistic’ everyday routine – which includes a personal trainer session
A 20-year-old influencer has been criticized for showing off her ‘realistic’ daily routine – including a personal trainer gym session, getting her dry cleaning done and ‘exploring’ Covent Garden.
Wellness and beauty content creator Mia Challliner lives in London with her boyfriend and decided to showcase her ambitious day in the life on Instagramwith commentators wondering if she had a ‘trust fund’.
The social media star started by tidying up their chic, modern flat by folding her washed clothes, before making breakfast for both her and her partner.
Making a cup of coffee from her Nespresso machine, Mia admitted that before living in the capital she was ‘not a morning person’ and instead woke up around 11am.
“Since moving here, I’ve gotten into a better routine and sleep schedule and my mornings now start around 8 a.m.,” she said, eating a slice of avocado toast.

Mia said she works out at the gym early in the morning and filmed herself deadlifting in the gym.
She has a personal training session once a week and adds that her instructor has given her some “great leg exercises to try out.”
“My glutes were burning after this,” she said.
Mia then spent 20 minutes wearing air compression boots, which are intended to ‘aid recovery’ and boost blood circulation.
Celebrities like Jennifer Aniston and LeBron James are said to have sworn by the device and incorporated it into their daily routines.
In another videoMia revealed that her gym membership costs £175 a month.
In the afternoon, Mia came back to their apartment, where she did some “administrative” work on her laptop while she had some lunch.
But it wasn’t long before she went to the dry cleaners to pick up some of her clothes that she had dropped off earlier that week.
Mia and her boyfriend then headed to popular tourist spot Covent Garden to do some sightseeing as she admitted they ‘still haven’t really explored much of London’.

Mia sparked controversy, with many Instagram users commenting that the routine was not realistic
The pair sat down by the iconic cobblestones in the heart of the West End as they enjoyed luxury cocktails in the sunshine.
But Mia sparked controversy, with many Instagram users commenting that the routine was not realistic for the average 20-year-old.
One wrote: ‘There is nothing realistic about you or that day.’
Another wrote: ‘Note to those watching: this may be realistic for this person, but it is completely atypical. A 20 year old would either live in a spare room of a shared house in a good area, or in a slightly larger room (shared) in an unhealthy area [sic]. Keep it real.”
A third wrote: ‘Trust fund? Or did parents buy your first home for you? Either way you are promoting a lifestyle that is completely unattainable for 99 percent of people.’
A fourth commented: ‘What an unrealistic portrayal of life.’
