Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay is “being treated for a serious respiratory illness,” the team announced Tuesday morning.

A statement from the Colts read: “Jim Irsay is currently being treated for a serious respiratory illness.

“While this unfortunately means he will not be able to perform with his band in Los Angeles this week, he is receiving excellent care and is looking forward to getting back on stage as soon as possible.

“We have no additional information at this time and we ask that you respect Jim and his family’s privacy as he recovers.”
