It comes as a new mugshot of Kohberger was released after he returned to Idaho and was transferred to the Latah County Jail.

The killer spent several hours on a flight escorted by police and landed at Moscow’s Pullman Regional Airport on Wednesday night.

A police source said foxnews that the FBI team wanted pictures of Kohberger’s hands to see if he had any injuries.

From the footage, it doesn’t appear the quadruple killer bears any markings, despite web detectives reaching out to try and find any hint of injury.

Investigators were reportedly still building their case when Kohberger was taken into custody, 15 days before he was finally arrested.

Authorities were trying to link him to the case after finding his FBI at the ‘murder house’ with genetic genealogy playing a part in the capture of the alleged killer.

Exclusive photos from DailyMail.com show the moment Kohberger stepped out of a Pennsylvania State Police Pilatus PC-12 plane that was surrounded by police officers.

A somber Kohberger, wearing red prison jumpsuit and a black jacket, was led off the plane and into a police SUV before being transported to the Latah County Jail, a 15-minute drive away in Moscow.

Both times, officers let him go with only a warning, with Kohberger looking visibly more concerned during the Indiana State Police’s second stop on December 15. He did not appear to have any injuries to his arms or hands.

He was accompanied on the long flight west by four armed Pennsylvania State Police officers and was met by officers from the Moscow Police Department and the Idaho State Police.

Authorities have released footage of the first time alleged quadruple killer Bryan Kohberger was pulled over for driving too close to the pickup truck in front.

The Hancock County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that an officer pulled Kohberger into custody around 10:41 a.m. on December 15.

Police body camera footage captured the moment the 28-year-old was approached by an officer in his sedan on December 15 on I-70 outside Indianapolis.

He and his father Michael told the officer that there had been a “mass shooting” at their college before his father added that a “SWAT team” descended on campus.

Michael later described the shooting as “horrifying” just days before his son was arrested by another SWAT team that pounced on his home.

The criminal justice attorney was back in the driver’s seat with his father, Michael, during the stop and then handed over his license.

Michael was quick to tell the officers where they had traveled from, explaining that they left Washington State University to return to Pennsylvania.

Kohberger himself speaks calmly to the officers, explaining that they have been driving “for hours” after a SWAT team descended on WSU.

He then appears to try to lie to the officer, claiming they’re going for ‘Thai food’, before his father jumps in to say they’re on their way home to Pennsylvania.

Kohberger bizarrely brought up the incident, which was related to a campus shooting, after the officer asked where they had come from.
