In the final season trailer of Star Trek: Lower Decks, Harry Kim drops an f-bomb

On five seasons, Star Trek: Lower Decks is one of the longest-lasting Star Trek series in franchise history. And that’s not bad at all for an animated show, let alone one that’s gone where Trek had never gone before: full-fledged comedy. And while we are sorry to see it Lower decks go, a new trailer for the final season certainly makes it clear that we’ll be laughing out the door.

The trailer features 20-sided boulders, bird and axolotl aliens, what looks like a tuba that shoots lasers, and a series of immersions on Star Trek: Enterprise‘s infamously horny ‘disinfectant gel’. Not to mention the angel that I am Real hoping is a callback to ‘Deadlock’, the episode where Harry Kim dies and is replaced by an identical duplicate Harry Kim and then no one talks about how weird that is ever again in the entire run of Star Trek: Voyager.

Star Trek: Lower Decks‘ fifth and final season premieres October 24 on Paramount Plus.
