“Out of the 365 days, I think almost 300 days there was some kind of event happening,” Snyder told PragerU.
“There were car break-ins, violence, theft, there was a lot of it,” she said. “Gunshots went through the store, stabbings — it was huge.”
“The amount of time it would take for police to arrive was alarming,” Snyder added.
“For the safety of our employees, it was just not okay.”

Earlier this month, terrified customers captured the bizarre moment a crazed man with a knife smashed the windows of anN-Out restaurant on Van Nuys Boulevard in Sherman Oaks – a neighborhood in the city of Los Angeles.
A man wearing only black sweatpants and sneakers began chaotically piercing the establishment’s large windows from outside, startling customers who were eating directly on the other side of the glass.
The In-N-Out is located on a square mile of several gas stations that police say are the targets of about a dozen violent crimes every day
Video footage showed the fully clothed, unnamed man lying face up on the sidewalk just feet away from the front door as a security guard stood over him — while several customers stood on the other side of the glass sat together to watch.
But in the next recorded clip, the same man was captured – this time shirtless – walking through the parking lot before approaching the windows with a sharp knife.
“Oh sh**, bro got knifed,” the person filming can be heard saying. “This went from fun to dangerous very quickly.”
The video showed the man walking from window to window trying to stab the glass as customers quickly moved away from their tables and an employee stood by the door on the phone.
A security guard was then arrested near the front door, where he pushed the shirtless man – who appeared to be more aggressive – away from both himself and the restaurant entrance.
