Imogen Anthony takes a tumble down a staircase at upmarket venue in Sydney as she lets loose for a night out

Kyle Sandiland’s ex-girlfriend Imogen Anthony shockingly fell down the stairs after celebrating a friend’s birthday in Sydney on Tuesday night.

The 33-year-old model almost suffered serious injuries when she slipped and almost fell to the floor while walking down the stairs in heels.

When Imogen shared a video of the shocking moment on Instagram on Thursday, she could be seen trying to keep her long skirts off the ground when the accident occurred.

However, one treacherous step caused her to slip as her arms flailed out to catch herself against the wall as the person filming rushed forward to help calm her down.

Luckily, Imogen didn’t appear to suffer any serious injuries from the fall, and she later laughed off as she wrote her caption.

‘Why do I take the worst photos on the best nights? It’s the soap dispenser for me lol,” she began, referencing one of her bathroom selfies from the fun night.

‘Just a casual Tuesday evening in the summer, celebrating the birth of my beautiful boyfriend and Saggi sister to my Aqua, Katie Koo.

‘Based on the slides it seems clear to me that what started as a subdued evening certainly did not end that way and we really tried.

‘But at least the food was great… I guess. The vintage [Ema Savahi designed dress] definitely needs dry cleaning, although fml. Sacrilege, I know.’

Imogen’s evening dress was a colorful piece with a beautifully embroidered bodice with sassy cutouts at the waist.

The long beige skirts of the gown touched the ground and hid the silver heels, almost sending her flying into the air at the end of the night.

Imogen opted for some chunky silver jewelery to complete her look, sliding her blonde locks back into a very sleek updo.

The beauty then enhanced her genetically blessed features with a very glamorous makeup look with a blinding highlight.

Imogen seemed to be having a really fun night as she was spotted strutting her bum on the dance floor just before her fall.

It comes just days after Imogen risked a major wardrobe malfunction during her latest photoshoot on Saturday when she stepped out in a very raunchy black maxi dress.

The model bared plenty of skin in an Outcast Clothing gown with daring cutouts in the front that barely covered her chest.

The blonde beauty was seen spilling out of the material, which was held together by a silver chain, and showed off her incredible body as she caused a storm on Instagram.

Imogen put on a leggy show with the hip-high slit, telling followers that the piece of material was a ‘metaphor for her mental health’.

She captioned a series of photos of the racy look with: “The dress is a metaphor for my mental health… So you’d be surprised how well it holds its stuff together.”

Imogen proudly showed off her abs in the dress as she rocked the asymmetrical one-shoulder sleeve and maxi train.

Pairing the look with a pair of black strappy heels, Imogen raised temperatures during the photoshoot, posing in front of a horse statue.
