I’m A Celeb’s Owen Warner reveals he’s ‘looking for romance’ in the jungle

Owen Warner has revealed that he’s looking for love on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

The Hollyoaks star, 23, is currently in Australia for the ITV show and admitted he is “always looking for romance”.

He told the mirror: ‘My mother is the one who is going to miss me. I’m single and ready for the jungle!’

She continued: “I’m always looking for romance, but I don’t go into that specifically. I will miss football and family the most.”

With romance firmly in Owen’s mind, he’ll likely have a choice of three fellow camp mates, as Sue Cleaver, 59 — as well as rumored contestants Liberty Poole, 23, and AJ Odudu, 34 — are all believed to be single.

So far, Owen, Coronation Street’s Sue, Love Island star Olivia Attwood and radio DJ Chris Moyles have been confirmed as this year’s camp mates after being spotted in Australia this week ahead of Sunday’s launch show.

Owen was previously in a relationship with Geordie Shore star Chloe Ferry, but the couple split last summer after he claimed he allegedly messaged glamor model Apollonia Llewellyn, begging to meet up.

The Geordie Shore star officially went Instagram with the actor in May during her recent holiday in Portugal and hinted that they were engaged at the time.

But in June Chloe wrote: “I get a lot of messages asking if me and Owen are together to clarify that I’m SINGLE.

“We just live very different lifestyles and it’s just not the right time right now…which will be…I’m also very grateful to have had some great memories with the great kid inside and out. ‘

The Sun reported that Owen slipped in [Instagram] DMs from OnlyFans model Apollonia Llewellyn, just days before he went public with Chloe.

According to the insider, he started putting “the moves” on Apollonia right after his split from The Apprentice star, Camilla Ainsworth.

Prior to his romance with Chloe, Owen was in a relationship with Hollyoaks co-star Stephanie Davis, but they split in 2019 after nine months together amid rumors that Owen felt the relationship was “going too fast.”

A source told The Sun: ‘Stephanie and Owen have decided to split up after weeks of trying to resolve their differences. They’ve decided to end it today, and Steph insists there’s no turning back.

“She couldn’t be more heartbroken when she saw a real future with Owen, especially since he’s been a father figure to Caben.

“Steph is heartbroken and devastated that it’s over—she wanted to be with Owen forever and now she’s suddenly grieving the loss of him in her and Caben’s lives.”
