I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! host Julia Morris and contestant Denise Drysdale ‘HATE each other and have been feuding for years’
I’m A Celebrity star Denise Drysdale has reportedly been embroiled in a secret feud with host Julia Morris for years.
A TV insider told Ny Breaking Australia the pair have not been on good terms since they worked together on Channel Nine’s IMT: In Melbourne Tonight in 1996-1997.
The source claimed that Network Ten had to do ‘very strategic planning’ to get the two women on the same show.
“It would shock viewers to know that these two ladies used to have beef,” the former Channel Nine producer said.
‘Julia started in television and Denise felt like she wasn’t grateful enough for the advice she was giving.’

‘However, Julia was determined to run her own race and the women never kept in touch again after the show was axed.’
‘They both look quite similar. They love to go for the big, overly loud jokes. Very visual, very silly and something that was more common in those late-night show formats,β the source said.
“Some would say that Denise has had more success with that style of humor and that Julia should have paid more attention to the path Denise created for female comics to come.”
The insider also claimed that a montage was made for Denise’s entry into the jungle, which did feature the two on IMT, but it was quickly deleted.
