The series revolves around 456 players, all in financial difficulties, who are asked to participate in a series of children’s games in an attempt to win a huge cash prize.
However, competitors soon realize that losing a game will result in their death and each fatality results in an increasing prize pool for the eventual winner.
The players are guarded by masked guards in pink jumpsuits, while the matches are controlled by the Front Man, who wears a black mask and uniform.
It is thought that the Guards and Front Men will also be depicted in the Bushtucker Trial version.

The new I’m A Celeb series, which starts on Sunday, will feature a record 24 trials, with disgraced MP Matt Hancock tipped to take part in the opening challenges given the disturbance he has caused by himself. to sign up for the show.
The classic food tasting and aerial challenges will be featured again, as will the Celebrity Cyclone, which takes place at the end of the series with the four finalists.
All participants in this year’s series have now arrived in Australia and will be quarantined for seven days before entering the jungle.
Hancock and comedian Seann Walsh will join the rest of the campmates at a later stage.
The pair have been put together because they’ve both been branded “love rats” after high-profile flings.
Walsh was caught kissing his Strictly dance partner Katya Jones behind girlfriend Rebecca Humphries in October 2018, while Hancock was forced to resign as health secretary in June 2021 after he was pictured violating his own lockdown rules and his married assistant, Gina Coladangelo , kissed.
