I’m a celebrity… Get me out of here! fans have been berating Mike Tindall for ‘bullying’ Matt Hancock after he ‘flattened’ the MP during the Celebrity Cyclone challenge.

The former England rugby pro, 44, was the last star to be voted out of camp in Saturday night’s episode, but as a member of the final four, he took part in the highly anticipated group stage match at the end of each series.

Jill went up the slippery hill first, followed by Matt and then Mike – and fans say when it was his turn, “saw an opportunity to crush Matt” when he landed on top of him.

When Mike jumped on Matt, even Ant and Dec said the tackle ‘must have hurt’ – and when questioned afterwards, the former rugby pro said he used Matt as his ‘anchor’.

Earlier in the episode, Mike accused Matt of “voting for votes” in a bid to be crowned Jungle King – and insisted that he “clearly wants to win” by putting his name-printed clothing in the camp cameras’ recording.

Each campmate has their name and voting rules printed on the back of their jackets and T-shirts, with Mike claiming Matt made them more visible.

In the Bush Telegraph he said: ‘Matt makes sure his T-shirt and his phone numbers are always visible. Matt clearly wants to win.’

Mike was seen flipping the MP’s belongings the other way round and added to the camera, “I take great pleasure in turning it over every time he leaves camp.”

Once a politician, always a politician. Always looking for voices,” the sportsman added.

The celebrities then returned to camp to enjoy an ice cream and got a glimpse into the real world as they learned England’s scores so far at the Qatar World Cup.

‘I never thought I’d make it to the Cyclone. It’s going to be absolutely brilliant, I can’t wait,’ said Matt.

Echoing his thoughts, Owen added, “I’m just totally buzzing, can’t believe I’m here, can’t believe I’m doing this.” I am speechless. I’m just literally speechless.’
