An Australian personal trainer has shared the “ultimate” snack he recommends for weight loss — and it’s an affordable supermarket treat.

Freezma, from the Gold Coast, was impressed with Woolworths’ Yum Cha Japanese Pork Gyoza — with each $6 pack containing just 320 calories and 28 grams of protein.

Sharing one video on TikTok, the young fitness coach grabbed a package from the freezer section and flipped it over to reveal the nutrition label.

The ultimate low-calorie snack for weight loss in Australia 🤯🇦🇺 Honestly, these are insane! Only 320 calories for the whole package 🤯 Delicious as a snack or even as a lunch meal. You’d be shocked how filling these are! Sometimes when I want to save more calories for my evenings/dinner, I’ll have this lunch and have so many calories left over for the rest of the day 💯 #Australia #dieting #eating pattern #food #hacking

“If you’re trying to lose weight and live in Australia, what I’m about to show you is going to be an absolute game changer,” he said in the video.

“Now I could get in trouble for this because if this goes viral these could be sold out and my friend has them in her diet every day.”

He then showed the nutrition label on the back of the package.

“You can eat this whole pack of gyozas—all ten—for just 320 calories and 28 grams of protein!” Absolutely unreal,” he said.

In the caption, he added that the amount of protein you’re getting for such a low calorie count is “insane” — claiming the gyozas keep you full.

“Sometimes if I want to save more calories for my evenings/dinner, I’ll eat these for lunch and have that many calories left over for the rest of the day,” Freezma said.

The video has since been viewed a staggering 1.4 million times and the gyozas are not currently for sale on the Woolworths website.

“I love my gyozas staple of my diet. lost 15 kg so far. I add them to a low-sodium broth with a bunch of leafy greens for a longer feeling of fullness,” one wrote.

‘I was literally in Woolies today looking for something like this! Now I know which one to take. Thanks for the tip!’ said another.

However, others pointed to one downside to the meal, saying it has “too much sodium.”

“High sodium, so in moderation,” one wrote, another agreed, saying, “Sodium (is) much too high.”

The label states that there are 218.8 mg of sodium per serving, or 875 mg per 100 g.
